Bad quality of product, similar experiences to people rated low.

I repeatedly asked the seller not to send the item and to issue a refund. Despite this, my request was ignored, and the seller refused to provide a refund. She kept insisting the tiles were “personalized,” which she uses as an excuse to avoid following standard consumer protection laws.
the delays are probably due to that the tiles are manufactured outside the UK. Like previous reviews stated. She then imports them and adds a markup — it’s a business model built on exploiting “loopholes” rather than offering transparency or good service.

This is a clear example of playing the rules to avoid accountability. **I strongly encourage anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to consider filing a claim through Small Claims Court. ***This kind of dishonest business practice shouldn’t be allowed to continue.

Buyers beware — this feels like a scam. Seems multiple people on this review give her 1 star is for the same reason! And you can tell what kind of business and owner and person is just by her nasty reply!

She tried her hardest to take my review down but got overruled by trust pilot. LOL 😂 next stop court ! Get my money back.

Very disappointing experience. The product quality was poor, with apparent issues likely due to substandard manufacturing. Shipping took much longer than expected, and customer service was unhelpful and rude throughout the process. all tiles are now came off ..

I ordered the tiles hoping they looked as good as the photo online. I was not disappointed. The colour was gorgeous. So easy to lay on my floor. I did make a mistake with the pattern but then swapped it round to be the right way. I will definitely get more for another project

I had a very enjoyable experience ordering from Jes Rose Vinyl , the samples came extremely quickly. There is such a variety of patterns and colours to choose from any questions or queries they're more than happy to answer. They've got extremely informative videos across their social media platforms too. I'm extremely happy with the window vinyl that I also ordered as is my daughter. First one went on with a few bubbles but I managed to take it off and reapply with no issues , the second pane went straight on no worries. The vinyl is extremely thick too and not plasticy feeling like you get in the high street shops.

The hardest part about the whole thing was choosing the tile design as there are so many gorgeous ones! Super easy ordering and really easy to apply. I used the help guides on the website which were really handy. The finish is brilliant and I’m so pleased with the overall look. I want to do my porch next!

I ordered peel and stick floor tiles for my bathroom and absolutely love them! They were easy to use and the quality is great! Have recommended to my friends who were looking for something similar for renovation projects

The vinyl floor tiles have totally transformed our downstairs toilet. They were easy to install and look fab!

I ordered some vinyl tiles from Jesrose that were meant to cover our old vinyl kitchen tiles.

Despite having a clean, smooth base the jesrose tiles lifted straight away.

I enquired about the adhesive quality and got informed by Jes that the tiles were absolutely fine, and using a hairdryer to activate the adhesive was recommended.

I had another area to tile at the bottom of our staircase so I thought I'd give it another go...

Sadly, it was another waste of time as the exact same happened.

Adhesive didn't even stick to fingers, and no amount of hot air made any difference whatsoever.

If you are a first time buyer on a limited budget, please do not waste money on this company.

Patterns are gorgeous and very durable. I have mine up in the kitchen above the sink and cooker and it’s absolutely fine with heavy use. Have tried other brands that just peel off so stick with what I know and trust. Highly recommend

Great quality products and a fab range of colours/designs too. We wanted to give our kitchen a bit of a glow up before we put it on the market but didn't want to spend loads. So we ordered some peel and stick tiles to cover the old ones, and gave the walls a lick of paint - looks like a completely new room and the tiles make it so much fresher with a pop of colour. The tiles were surprisingly easy to work with, I've used the vinyl before to cover desks and had battles with it, looks good still but more time consuming than the tiles. The tiles have stayed securely in place and we cook on the hob most nights too so they've been put to the test! 10/10 recommend.

The peel and stick tiles are amazing! I have used them on a fireplace project and on my kitchen floor now. People often think they are real tiles as they look so effective. And they haven’t budged so far! Such a great way to change a space without the hard work of tiling. I would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased the peel & stick vinyl floor tiles to DIY makeover our porch floor. The quality of the tiles is fantastic, they’re very easy to use and fit, and the designs are beautiful. Highly recommend!

The vinyl I have on my son’s kitchen that I upcycled back in 2019 and the vinyl I put on my bathroom tiles are still both going strong and look fantastic. They are both so hard wearing. It was very good value with the choice of print that is offered. Whenever I sent a query to JesRose she always replied quickly with advice and help. I have tried other brands but nothing compares and has the same choice and is as durable as this.
