Game-changing decision
Seriously, signing up with JGR back in May was a total game-changer for me. Having Jess as my personal trainer made all the difference. She's incredible! Her encouragement is genuinely infectious. I was a bit hesitant at first, but her approach really works. This journey has become about so much more than just weight loss. It's about overall well-being and pursuing a new lifestyle. I've seen so much progress since we started working together. It feels great to be pushing my limits and seeing results. Honestly, I can't imagine going through that experience with anyone else.

The best PT around!
I started PT with Jess a few years ago as a complete newbie to training, Jess made me feel so comfortable, she has a natural way of making you feel completely at ease. She shared so much knowledge and guidance with me, both about training & nutrition. The changes I saw were all the motivation I needed to push through the harder sessions! She even helped me train through my pregnancy safely and is always willing to adapt anything when needed. We never fail to have a giggle in our sessions and I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I can’t recommend Jess enough! When I first started PT with her, I was so unhappy with my lack of progress in the gym. I knew I wanted to gain muscle (mainly a butt, let’s be honest), but I knew absolutely nothing – I was doing lots of cardio classes anything that made me sweat basically so to me, I was shapeless. Jess turned that all around and whipped me into shape, she completely transformed my body in such a short space of time! Her knowledge is unreal, and her pushiness (because she definitely does NOT accept “I can’t”) is exactly what I needed. Plus, the support didn’t stop when we left the gym — she’s always there, cheering me on. She boosted my confidence massively and even helped me become part of the fitness industry myself. I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am today without her guidance, motivation, and belief in me.

I've been training for a few years now but only this year started taking my health and fitness seriously which led me to Jess. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and she's really helped me to understand exactly how to reach my goals. Before working with Jess I feel like I was going through the motions but now I'm training with purpose and a new found enthusiasm. Jess is super personable but also pushes you to reach goals that before seemed totally unachievable. Physically and mentally she has completely changed how I approach health and fitness and I can't recommend her enough.

Jess has been my trainer on and off for years. I’ve tried other PT’s and nothing compares to Jess. I’m currently doing an online training with Jess and the results I’ve seen are amazing. The results i always get with her are 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough
I followed Jess for some years on…
I followed Jess for some years on instagram with massive interest in doing one of her classes, but as someone with confidence issues, particularly in a gym environment, I kept putting it off, until last year, when I finally joined up for the P&L classes. I was so nervous walking in, but my nerves disappeared within minutes as Jess was so welcoming, as were all the girls. I absolutely loved the classes, they’re so fun, the workouts are hard (but in a good way) and Jess has really created a positive community. When I couldn’t attend the classes anymore, I decided to sign up for Jess’ online coaching and I love it!! I have always suffered with gym phobia, never daring the weights area, however with Jess’ plan, I realised I had no choice but to combat my fears and I’m so glad I did! Not only am I in the weights area for every workout now, but I’ve also grown a real love for exercise now and got myself into a good routine which was my biggest goal- a lifestyle change. On top of that, Jess has put on a few P&L events now, which again as someone with confidence issues would never of gone to before, however my confidence within the community Jess has built has grown so much, and I look forward to being part of the community! My goals are to keep progressing physically and mentally, so I plan on continuing the online coaching as I know I’ll get the full support from Jess throughout!

Everything and more you could want from a PT and friend.
I have been training with Jess for a few years and it’s always the highlight of my week. She keeps it real, she pushes you to hit your goals and she encourages you to always believe in yourself. I always leave in a positive mood and always wake up with achy muscles (it’s a good thing trust me).
I can honestly say it’s definitely the best fitness decision I’ve made, I would be lost without her.
Jessica is an amazing coach
Jessica is an amazing coach! I’ve been using her online course for a few months now and she’s the best I’ve ever had by far, constant support, great advise and keeps you motivated. Meal plans and workouts are regularly updated and all of the meals are so nice, doesn’t feel like your on a diet at all.
The workouts are always enjoyable too and lots to choose from.

I started 3 months ago with Jess and it’s been amazing. Her support, guidance and willingness to adapt the plan to suit me were amazing. She has given me the confidence I needed in the gym as well the knowledge on nutrition. I’d highly recommend having a coach and in particular Jess. The app is so nice to use alongside work outs and makes everything super easy!
An outstanding personal trainer & mentor!
I first started training with Jess with a friend and then carried on with her with one to one sessions. I had always trained at the gym prior to training with Jess but the results I saw with her in my fitness levels and physique were amazing! She really is the best personal trainer and mentor. She's changed the way I look at my training and my diet, I don't starve myself anymore and I don't see training as a punishment for indulging on the weekend! Jess has empowered me with the knowledge and confidence to achieve my goals in a healthy way.

Before I started training with Jess I would kill myself at the gym and attended generic circuits classes, my relationship with food was unhealthy but in my head that’s what being on a ‘diet’ was all about. The reward wasn’t matching the effort I was putting in and to be honest I hated the process.
When visiting Jess for the first time I would see her 3 times a week for PT sessions and she pushed me in ways I didn’t even think were possible, our sessions are ALWAYS hard but more importantly FUN. I have fallen back in love with food and Jess has always encouraged me to make sure I’m eating enough, food is fuel… not a reward.
I’m empowered when leaving my 1-2-1 PT sessions, feeling so proud when hitting new personal bests, helping me discover my strength and recognising that it’s sexy! Jess has supported me mentally and physically over the past 4 years, and has been with me every step of the way whilst watching my body change. Jess has become not only my PT but a great friend and is always pushing me to reach my full potential. 🍑❤️🐰

I’ve always found working out on my own really hard and after having a few health issues I felt like I needed some guidance. I started looking for a PT and found Jess. Amazing!
I started online workouts in lockdown then went onto train with Jess and Laura doing peach in the park, its been over a year now and can honestly say its completely changed my way of thinking when it comes to exercising. All classes have a different variety of workouts, i can even lift weights! (never would have imagined that) my squats compared to a year ago have improved massively too! :-)
Everyone is so friendly and the encouragement from all the girls is amazing. I'm seeing a difference in my body which I've never seen before.

I’ve been training with Jess since February now and it’s the best decision I made. I am so happy with the results I’ve had so far and Jess has been so supportive and encouraging.
She really knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable during training. She’s one of if not the most knowledgeable PT I’ve ever met, I’ve trained with PTs in the past and never quite got the results I wanted. Jess has really pushed me and I’ve gotten so much stronger and fitter.
The amazing Jess & the dream team
Jess and her team not only help with the physical aspect with an amazing online training platform, great workouts and nutrition plans that are easy to follow but also the mental impact to, with the meet ups they arrange and video calls etc. I can not tell you how much this has helped me to start getting out again, I have lost half a stone with that so winning all round and have been getting compliments too. If you need something to work around a hectic schedule then this would work for you.
