Be aware of this company take your money and never send the goods!!

It would actually be a zero star but there was no option for that! This place is a scam, order over 11 days ago, was sent tracking number the following day after my order was received, since then evri are still waiting to collect the parcel, as its not even been dispatched, they have ignored emails, fb messages, no phone number to ring them, I want a full refund ripping people off when times are hard enough! Absolute disgrace of a company, should be shut down considering how many bad reviews of the same problem I have been reading, scam stay away, wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order, what a joke!!

Bad customer service

Ordered a bundle of 5 bags of sweets, arrived late the box was damaged and some of the sweets had gotten wet inside and we're ruined. Message Jessica's sweets at first they responded and said they would collect the damaged sweets for a refund or replacement. But no courier was booked so I asked for a label to return but non was sent then they just stopped responding to emails.
Would not use again, customer service is awful and I was left with inedible sweets which aren't cheap.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam, supposed to be 2-3 days delivery but never came. Took payment. No communication, found contact number for a 'store', unavailable. Don't waste time.

Bad service

Ordered many times in the past with barely any issues. I made a Christmas order 7th November and it’s not even been sent. I’ve had one reply saying they would drop it to me as I’m local to one of the shops and I said yes no problem. They failed to drop it over and failed to reply since. Now trying to claim a refund through the bank as I’m fed up of waiting now. So disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had used Jessica's sweets before and never had an issue however it's safe to say the service has gone downhill BIG TIME!!!!

Placed an order on 22nd October with an expected delivery time of 2-5 days, however this time passed and no delivery showed up, tried to find a phone number to contact them (there isn't one) so had to email them (as they don't reply to messages about orders on Facebook), sent email on 27th Oct and received a response on 29th stating "I can only apologise that you have not recieved this order, I’m currently a one man band due to receiving some devastating news which has pulled multiple members of the family out of the business at this difficult time, I am trying to catch up on emails as we speak, I can see your parcel was dispatched on 23/10/25 on my end I can see different tracking which confirms the parcel as collected by EVRI,however there has been no further movement, please see attached,I will chase this with them now and expect a response by tomorrow afternoon,would you like me to cancel the parcel and issue a refund to you, alternatively I can redispatch the order for you", I requested the order to be sent out again however got no response to that.

I waited until 2nd November then emailed again asking for an update, no response, so I emailed again on 5th Nov asking for an update, once again no response, I then emailed again 6th November saying I would now like a refund as I've not had a delivery or a response now, once again no response.

I ended up having to go back to my bank and request them to return my money to me as I've not received anything and am no longer getting any communication back.

To this day (17th November) I've still not had anything with regards to a response or anything and I have now been blocked from the Facebook page for agreeing with others who have had the same thing happen to them.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND THERE OTHER COMPANIES (Captain Kandy, Jessica's Pick n mix, Jessica's traditional sweets).

Horrendous!!!

I ordered for a gift and paid for 48 hr tracked. My order never arrived so I emailed them. They replied days later with an apology and lame excuse and then promised to resend. Nope never arrived again. I had to go through my payment provider and dispute the purchase. A refund was issued but no response from them at all !!
I wish I’d looked at all these reviews first before purchasing from this company!!
Please do not use this company!!!

Terrible not ordering from these again

I ordered previous a year or so back 6x 1lg bags of sweets not a problem so I went and order 2x 1kg bags over a week ago via clearpay and heard nothing since my confirmation email the phone number isn't in use and no one has replied to any email or Instagram message I sent i was needing to order 2 more bags as was for xmas eve boxes but now I'm not going to raised a dispute with clearpay awaiting refund

Don’t even know where to begin.

Don’t even know where to begin.

Thought I’d been singled out and I would have been the only person to have a bad experience but like many others I can see I am without a doubt not the only person who have had an awful experience with Jessica’s sweets.

Customer service was absolutely diabolical, such rude people to deal with I can’t even understand why they bother going to work with attitudes like that.

Delivery of products or lack of. Like most people who have reviewed this shop my items arrived way after the date I was stated when ordering. Ordered for a birthday present turned up 2 days after the birthday had been even though I gave myself plenty of time for them to arrive.

The Sweets (when they finally arrived), weren’t for me it was for a family member and from their opinion they said they seemed hard and a little stale but that could just be personal preference.

Overall experience was far from good and I wouldn’t order again.

A deeply disappointing experience

I ordered from Jessica’s expecting quality products and decent service. What I received were underweight goods, followed by a convoluted and unhelpful returns process. Rather than acknowledging the issue and offering a simple refund or apology, I was made to jump through hoops—returning the items before any resolution was even considered.
After complying, I was met with silence, then a defensive and accusatory response that blamed me for expressing frustration. Apparently, asking for accountability is now considered “bullying.” The tone of their reply was astonishingly rude, dismissive, and entirely lacking in professionalism.
All this over £9.99. It’s not the amount—it’s the principle. I’ve dealt with many suppliers over the years, and this was by far the most unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before placing an order.

Placed my order on the 12th September…

Placed my order on the 12th September they have took payment but not sent my order and they don’t reply to emails as I have been sending daily I have now asked for a refund and still no reply shocking company do not order from them ever.

Made an order that was separated into two parcels. I received one but not the second which was worth £25. I emailed them & they said they would look into by contacting Evri. It's been 3 weeks now & I still haven't received anything & now they're ignoring my emails

Terrible service AVOID

Terrible service. Ordered and order was never posted. Then emailed 3 times, instagramed 4 times and no response. Finally a week later got a lie of an email saying it was send but returned (no tracking provided even after asking) finally got a refund but it was for an event that we then had to change

Bought sweets online and haven't received them they said I'd get a refund still waiting a week on I'd avoid me and friends will not be using again that'd for sure very poor service won't reply to emails either

Order 8 tubs of sweets

Order 8 tubs of sweets. Nothing arrived. I messaged to ask what was going on. I've heard nothing. The automated response says I'd hear back in 48 hours. But it's been well over a week! Don't waste your time. I'm going to have to make a claim through my credit card company to get my money back!

Shocking service.
No delivery..no response to eml..phone line not working.

No variety

No variety. Got a 2 kg pick n mix bag and it only had 3 different sweets in it, if I wanted no variety I wouldn't be getting pick n mix. Really poor.
