I commissioned Jess to do a portrait of our cat as a gift for my wife. This was at a particularly difficult time as my wife had been diagnosed with cancer. Jess gave me clear timescales of timings of when the work would start and offered updates during the commission. I was more than happy to wait for Jess to complete the portrait. My wife thoroughly enjoyed opening the nicely wrapped gift and was brought to tears by it. The communication process throughout was seamless and Jess was a delight to work with. The portrait is really of a high quality.

Jess has beautifully captured the essence of my late rescue girl, Lois bringing her back to life for me every time I fondly look at the portrait. I will treasure her work for the rest of my life and it has pride of place in my home.

I would highly recommend Jess as she is so attentive and talented in what she does. The whole process of ordering through to delivery was seamless and Jess gives you regular updates throughout.

If you are on the fence I would say it's the best decision I ever made! I wished I had ordered earlier as it brings me so much joy.

Had 2 portraits already and cant wait for my third. Im so happy with my portraits. Jess really does catch there heart and soul, putting so much of her own into her art. A truly talented artist.

Jess is an amazing artist! We had her draw 2 of our Italian Greyhounds, Mia Grace & Lola Rose. Sadly, we’ve lost Lola to cancer but are able to enjoy the beauty that she was in Jess’ art. I couldn’t be any happier or proud of the awesome job she did!!! You can see every tiny little hair. I look at them daily & appreciate her talent. We want to have her do two more of our past girls. One is another Italian greyhound & our first child, a black lab. I can’t express just how incredibly talented she is. I wasn’t able to post a picture of these two incredible works of art so you could see their beauty. We LOVE her work!!

I commissioned Jess to create a drawing of our Mini English Bull Terrier Monty, we lost him at a young age 18 months due to illness. The picture was a present for my wife, Monty was her dog, we had to wait a while due to Jess being busy, we did not have too many pics of Monty, so with limited material Jess produced a drawing that I can only compare to a photograph, the detail was second to none, Jess captured his mood and expressions to perfection. The number of tears shed are but a small gauge as to the quality and character of this drawing, I cannot recommend the work that Jess creates enough. She puts the capitol A into art. Premium quality work and at a very fair price!

I've just received yet another stunning print of a Harvest Mouse from Jess Stanley, an amazing and very talented artist whom I've followed for many years as I absolutely love her work. The quality of the print is superb and beautifully mounted. Jess has always been so friendly and communication with her has always been excellent. I will be definitely purchasing from Jess again in the near future. Thanks Jess!

I am £360 out of pocket and have no portrait! She’s now blocked me on every platform!

I have followed and supported Jess and her work for many years, I have paid for quite a few commissions for myself and a couple as gifts, I have also sent friends and family her way! All the previous commissions I have loved and have praised her highly on my social media’s how ever I recently commissioned her do a drawing of my dog Bellatrix, when she first started if I liked how it was looking how ever after a while I wasn’t liking how it was coming out, I told Jess this, she said she would try to rectify this, she then sent me a finished picture, I told her I still wasn’t keen on it, please bare in mind I’m not a difficult customer and this was the 1st and only time, out of many commissions, I had a criticism about her work. She responded by having a big tantrum towards me and then instantly blocking before I could respond. I’ve since emailed her, this to has been ignored. I tried to open a dispute with PayPal but unfortunately Jess took a long time to start my portrait then after that to finish it etc… by the time she blocked me the time frame to open a dispute had ended! I’m now out of pocket for £360 and have no portrait. My advice is to be extremely wary of handing over money! You will be waiting ages for her to start, she is very poor at communicating when it’s being done and then once she starts if you dare to say you dislike something she will simply just block you and keep your money!!

I can’t say enough good things about Jess. The quality of her work is exceptional along with a beautiful framework. She has done for me. One of my main worries was shipping from the UK to the United States of America. But when I received my portrait, it was heavily padded and boxed, I couldn’t be happy with the final results. October 2024 I will be having my third portrait done by Jess. If you’re looking for a keepsake pet portrait I highly recommend Jess Stanley the detail in her work is amazing.

I have commissioned 4 pet portraits, to have a memory of my pets long after they are gone. I could use an artist in the US but Jess’ work is my choice because she simply is the best. Looking forward to receiving my latest commission.

Jess did an incredible job all-around. She listened about our dearly departed boy, helped me find the best picture that reflected him best & even worked in a star on his chest that was difficult to see in the picture (one that I had hoped to include) Her mail packaging from the UK to the US was done with extreme care—it would’ve been difficult to damage it! I cried when I saw the completion & am so grateful. I look forward to booking more of our furbabies for their portrait with Jess!

I also paid for Jess Stanley to paint my daughters whippets for her 30th Birthday, she kept my £175 deposit and wouldn't paint the dogs, I took her to court and she still won't pay, its disgusting how she's allowed to do this and still advertise.
