We are a family-run party shop, selling party decorations, bunting, banners, balloons, tableware, party plates, napkins, cake decorations, and hundreds of other supplies for all kinds of events, occasions, birthdays and parties.
What makes us special?
We understand that the most important things when you are organising an event or planning a party, is that your decorations are great value for money, they look awesome and they arrive in plenty of time. This is why we make sure that:
1. We ship all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. We also have a variety of fair shipping prices that start from £0.99, which could have your order arriving the next day - we also offer free delivery for orders over £30.
2. We price match against all our competitors, including Amazon and Ebay, to make sure we have the best possible prices.
3. We test all our products to make sure that they will last throughout your whole event, looking great!

Hi Chris, Thank you for your review, I'm so sorry that your order had not arrived and that you had a bad experience shopping with us. I have checked the tracking and it looks like there was a couple of days delay with our couriers but the package has now been successfully delivered (hopefully in time for your event!). If you choose to buy from us again then we do encourage customers to contact us with any issues with their order - there's normally something that we can do to solve the problem, or at least make sure that you have a positive experience shopping with us.

First class customer service - just like the old days. No telephone menu, no waiting in queue and a REAL person answered the phone virtually on the first ring. I had ordered last minute and needed quick delivery. He knew exactly what my order was and had no need to pass me on to someone else. He was confident my order would arrive in time for my event and provided tracking number and it did! Also the mask was a great hit at the Steampunk family weekend in Towcester and was admired by everyone including strangers. Good quality and totally in tune with the theme. Thank you!
