We are a family-run party shop, selling party decorations, bunting, banners, balloons, tableware, party plates, napkins, cake decorations, and hundreds of other supplies for all kinds of events, occasions, birthdays and parties.
What makes us special?
We understand that the most important things when you are organising an event or planning a party, is that your decorations are great value for money, they look awesome and they arrive in plenty of time. This is why we make sure that:
1. We ship all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. We also have a variety of fair shipping prices that start from £0.99, which could have your order arriving the next day - we also offer free delivery for orders over £30.

I ordered a USA helium balloon to use…
I ordered a USA helium balloon to use as a surprise to tell my daughter we were going to New York. I stated clearly that the balloon was to be delivered not before June 3rd. Unfortunately this was ignored and the balloon was delivered on May 23rd. With the surprise being given on the 5th June I will no longer be able to use it.

We have an option at the checkout to schedule deliveries for orders, which must be selected in order for our system to flag and place the order on hold. Otherwise the order gets sent down to our warehouse for processing. This is why your order was sent straight away.
If there is ever any problems with your order then I would encourage you to contact us and give us the opportunity to rectify. And if you need anything in the future then I do hope you give us a second chance.

Relighting Candles
I needed to buy 30 relighting candles to sit in 30 cupcakes for a Church Service.
I searched the Internet where the reviews of this particular product from various suppliers and Amazon were not always good
I thought if I purchased from a company I may
receive a better service if indeed a problem arose.
However the service was brilliant a confirmation email immediately, advice on despatch and received within two days and P&P just 99p! I have tried the candles and they do appear to relight! Will I use Jester’s party again I certainly will
