Had tried my luck on the pokies and manage to win $800, I put in my card details for withdrawal (10/12/2024) and their payment system declined it with NO REASONS…I than contacted their support team and they had advise me to use the bank transfer option? Which I did, knowing how I wanted my funds ASAP I throughly checked over numbers of my account to ensure it was all correct! All was correct when bank transfer was submitted, waited for 3 days to clear? NO PAYOUT WAS RECEIVED I than contact them(jet casino) only for them to say it’s been successful and to check with my bank! I call my bank to find out what’s going on? Only for the bank to say, the account they tried to credit was WRONG and that it was my old account that was closed back in 2023😡 like, why would I give jet casino a closed account which I had no record of? How did they get my closed account unless they wrongfully entered the last two suffix 😡😡😡😡fast forward to 2 weeks later of me messaging the chat everyday to find out what’s going on? And everyday was a different reply! The operators would send me automated messages saying, waiting on payment system for a reply…or it was payout successful? then it was, contact your bank to track funds? Or waiting on your bank for refund? Which the bank hadn’t received anything to begin with! Last week they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it cause payment has been successful on there end????? I sent them proof from bank that the account they tried to credit was CLOSED AND IT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FUNDS!!!! They even went to the dumbest extreme to ask me for bank statements for a CLOSED ACCOUNT? A NON ACTIVE ACCOUNT SINCE December 2023!!……They then asked for a confirmation no payout was received by bank and to state the closed account number clearly so they can track it????which I provided for the 2nd time and had mentioned the international team for my bank(Kiwibank) had also CONFIRMED THAT NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED OR NO RECORDS OF ANY REQUEST FROM JET CASINO! They asked for bank statements to my current account which had nothing to do with the account they tried to credit!They do not keep any documents on file as every operator I spoke to? Kept asking me to resend my documents😡😡😡most of their operators were giving me misleading information, that led to me being super frustrated and confused! Knowing that Xmas was a week away they sure did know how to make someone feel shit and down with all the lies and excuses they were making! They have given me NO HOPE AT ALL OF SEEING MY PAYOUT😡😡😡😡😡4 weeks of chasing them and they come back with the most unreliable misleading replies! Most are automated messages, I have sent all the required documents x2 or maybe x3 which has cost me bank fees for statements! They are now saying they waiting on finance team as they investigate???? For how long? I have sent proof and all, what are use waiting for JET CASINO! An absolute embarrassment of a casino.

Opened an account, ID #HXOI2, completed the verification, deposited with card and won a small amount on live roulette.

I tried to withdraw, however on seven seperate occasions, it was rejected. After each rejection, I contacted live chat, who have me various ridiculous reasons for the withdrawal being rejected - need a photo of my bank card, need a bank statement, try a different browser, need to do more verification.

One time I sent them my bank statement and they said it was approved and I could withdraw, only for my withdrawal to be rejected and be told they were mistaken and they couldn't approve my bank statement because it wasn't in the IBAN format.

Eventually, on the eighth attempt, after several hours of trying, they sent the withdrawal to my card, which took a while day to show up.

The site then removed the option for me to deposit with card and I tried to deposit with crypto.

I made a deposit to the address provided on my account, however the funds were never credited to my account.

I contacted live chat and provided the transaction ID and screenshots. All I was told was that someone would look into it and I'd be emailed. Needless to say, I never received either an email or my deposit. The company basically stole money from me.

An absolute disgrace of a site. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting since the 16th of august to get $500 that's rightfully mine back, I withdrew to my card an my bank rejected the payment due to jet leaving out information, my bank sent the money back that same day, I have sent bank statements, a rejection letter from the bank photo id, I have been to chat an all they say is we are waiting to hear from the finance team, its now the 11th of October 2024 an still nothing give me my money that is rightfully an legally mine.

UPDATE: HAVE RECEIVED MY FUNDS BACK TO MY JET ACCOUNT took 3 months but I got it.
