This is a very difficult company to deal with...attempted to purchase and they require multiple verification phone calls, not consumer friendly and they are nothing compared to to Ebay and Amazon, the time they take to verift credit cards, Amazon has almost delivered the order lol...Owned by Walmart, they should fix this company and replace the jetheads???

i bought clothes online on the 12 December and still haven't received them, the call center said it was deliver but the store says they didn't receive the package and the status on my profile says "in transit" now i want to know where the hell are my kids clothes Xmas is in 3 days what are they going to wear :(... ill never buy at this store

I ordered some furniture from them recently and while most pieces arrived with some damage, Jet.com was prompt in giving full and partial refunds to my satisfaction, as applicable. Mail order furniture is hit or miss, so that goes with any company (wayfair, etc), but the customer service was good enough that I'd try them again.
One thing is that they seem to ship from many partners (at least for what I ordered), so availability could be spotty since they don't stock the items like Amazon. We'll see if that comes back to bite them. FYI, discounts available through ebates referral, so check there first.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... They messed up my order this close to Christmas then tell me they cant do anything about it. They cant get me my new order until after Christmas and they tell me they cant refund my money until the package gets back to the warehouse then there will be a 14 day processing fee. Then tells me to calm down when i said that doesn't work for me. Companies like this dont deserve business. They mess up i never even accepted the package because it was wrong and now i get stuck with no present or money for Christmas. They like to say there a growing company... they should not grow at all ever!!!

First time user. Excellent service! Price provided by Jet.com undercut everybody else online for Zenrx. I ordered 6 bottles.Product was as described. Delivery of product was on time as promised. Nobody else was offering free shipping on this product.I will be using Jet.com again! Definitely a player in the online retail business.

I've read some bad reviews but my experience was great. I ordered a Christmas present, I got a great deal on it, it arrived in a little over a week and it seems to be in good condition. I would recommend this company to others!

I just attempted my first order with Jet. I received a coupon in the mail good for $10 off my 1st 3 orders of $35 or more. I am a regular (almost daily) Amazon customer and thought Jet would be similar. No way! The coupon code would not work so I went to the chat, figuring they would make it right. Not so - and I was disconnected. I emailed the help line. They responded right away (to their credit) then went on to tell me the coupon was not honored because "the maximum number of people used it already". Nowhere on the coupon was any such maximum stated, only an expiration date almost 2 months in the future. No offer to make it right (as Amazon would have done). Very disappointed and will probably not add Jet to my list of online providers.
I have already chatted with a rep and emailed 3x. I have no plans on continuing this effort in vain.

I had an issue with a delivery as I am not able to be mobile I had ordered some items from Jet for groceries and the FedEx was supposed to deliver and it was loaded on the truck and then FedEx changed the status to pending. I was on the phone to Jet holding for over 30 minutes for a supervisor and the young lady who was the CSR never came back on the line to make me aware that she was getting a supervisor when he came on the line and was very rude and wasn't able to conduct a professional conversation with the protocol that would clarify the issue. He was rude and totally unprofessional with the way he handled the call. He hung up on me and refused to give any information. I find this type of service unacceptable.

"I ordered a Raymarine Pro 7 GPS from Jet. What I received was a Pro 4. Customer Service told me it was a online error. Somehow, the online error has been online for weeks, including through Black Friday and Cyber Monday. They offered me nothing other than to go through the effort of returning their error on my time. Poor proofreading =zero customer satisfaction. Good companies find a way to keep new customers. Jet finds ways to alienate them. One purchase......one return.......unhappy former customer

I heard great things about jet.com so undecided to get it out. I ordered a Samsung tablet and a nerf crossbow. The nerf crossbow was originally to be here December 4th. The crossbow is supposedly ready for shipment and gas been for 5 days now. I had them check on this I was told it is a highly wanted item. So it is still getting ready to be shipped. The tablet original date to be here was December 6th. It left the shipping origin and is now delayed in Jacksonville Fl. Delivery date of December 12. That would all be fine if they were for Christmas. These were to be a birthday gift for my son who's party is this weekend... I will never shop here again or suggest it to anyone.

Bought items on Cyber Monday, which is 27 Nov., but got cancellation late on 5 Dec, after I already returned something similar to outlet retail store. They just should not have taken the order from the beginning.

Will not shop this site again. Bought $150 perfume-nozzle clogged shortly after 30 day return period-company won't return. It's probably counterfeit. Customer service/satisfaction is seriously lagging-doesn't compare to Amazon.com

Wow, I have a copy of a transcript that I just had with Braiden from Jet. Boy did this person have a rough day!! I was not going to stand for someone being cynical with me over a chat. Customer service needs to get it together. What's the point in all these complaints if JET does nothing about the rude representatives. I can't wait to receive an email to review Braiden's customer experience. Braiden was super rude and welp I had to be sarcastic back. Amazing how people are still employed! BRAIDEN YOU HATE WHERE YOU WORK FIND ANOTHER JOB SIR!!!

I started to jet.com as an alternative to Amazon. First few orders went fine. But the test comes when something goes wrong. In my case the order was sent to the wrong address, in a different state. Amazon would have sent a replacement order as soon as they are notified. Jet just hung on for a week and now finally has arranged for a new shipment. So it’s back to Amazon for me.

My issue is not resolved. My order was past returned date.
I ordered through Wal-Mart.
I've been trying to return since November first. After visiting 4 different Wal-Mart's I finally reached someone who knew what they were doing. Realized it's was a third party transaction. My receipt which came with package stated to return to Wal-Mart. Nothing on receipt mentions Jet.com.
I followed instructions on my receipt. No mention of Jet.com on receipt only Wal-Mart. This is an oversight on jet.com for not supplying correct return instructions on my receipt which came with package.

Jet.com suspended my account after I called their customer service Jethead to report multiple incidents of shortages on my order. Also, they told me I cannot order max quantities of products multiple times even though they offer discount for multi-quantity orders.
If Jet.com doesn't want the customer to exceed certain limits, Jet.com should build these functionality into their website instead shifting the responsibility of proper usage of their website.

Received an email advertising the Roku Express for $22, starting 11/22/17 at 12:01 am (EST). Went to their site on 11/22/17 at 9:30 am to purchase, and it was listed for $29. Did the chat and was told they had a "listing issue" and to check back in 24-48 hours to be able to purchase at the $22 price. Horrible. Send out an advertisement listing sales and specific dates and then not honor it. Will buy Roku Express at Walmart tomorrow and don't think I will trust Jet ads going forward. VERY MISLEADING.

I will not use this site again. They advertised my dog’s favorite food as cheaper than where I normally purchase it. I ordered several 12 packs of canned dog food. They sent the 6 packs instead. Instead of sending what I paid for, they said their price is still competitive and they would not send what I purchased. Wrong. I’ve purchased that particular food for cheaper before. My only options were to either send everything back or get a couple packs discounted. I chose the discount because she needs food and there is no time to rebox and ship out the food but they will never get another dime out of me. I will make sure to let my family and friends know to avoid them. Also, several other dog food varieties are not priced properly. They don’t care and just want people to buy them and get shocked when the package shows up.

First 2 shipments were defective (not Jet's fault,)
I was issued a return label and took the products to FedEx
without a problem.
Have not noticed a refund on my statement, yet so........
Waiting. So far, I am very pleased.
