No response to inquiry

I booked a multi country, multi airline ticket. I only received ticket for one leg. I sent an e-mail to support asking about the other two but no one has responded yet.

There are times they go directly into the spam/junk folder of our passenger's emails. In such cases, as outlined in Jetabroad's terms and conditions, we offer the passenger the next best option or a full refund. In your case, while we checked other flights and other Airlines but unfortunately we were unable to offer you seats on any Airline at a comparable price and hence you were refunded in full.

Never have I booked a flight and paid for it-- and then they come back and ask for more money.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Jetabroad.

I booked flights with Emirates through them, but due to current FCDO advice recommending only essential travel, I made the decision to cancel. I submitted all required cancellation and refund documentation on 21st March, giving more than two weeks’ notice before my scheduled departure on 6th April.

Emirates has also clearly stated that passengers travelling between 28 February and 30 March are eligible to rebook or apply for a refund, which made me feel confident that my request would be handled appropriately. However, despite this, I have received absolutely no response from Jetabroad.

With my travel date now just days away, I still have no confirmation that my booking has been cancelled, no update on a refund or voucher, and no way of knowing where I stand.

This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially given the urgency of the situation. When booking through a travel agent, you expect at the very least timely updates and support—particularly when circumstances outside your control affect your travel plans.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through Jetabroad. In situations like this, the lack of responsiveness and customer support is simply not acceptable.

I hope Jetabroad addresses this urgently and improves their communication with customers going forward.

What a waste of time.

What a waste of time.

The website ask for all passport details which I spent 30 minutes filling all details for all my family, progressing to the final payment page, to be updated price has jumped by £1500 from £2100 to £3600. What a shame and waste of time.

The travel agency bidding false prices on skyscanner just trying to get the customer in and tricking the customer.

The travel agency should be banned from bidding false prices on skyscanner.

Flight Sydney

Flight Sydney - Warsaw, March 29, 2026. Tickets were easy to book, especially during the conflict in the Middle East. The only downside was the inability to reserve seats, but that may have been due to flight restrictions due to the political situation and the very high demand for return tickets to Europe. Overall, it was OK.

Brilliant service

I booked really simply through Jetabroad but made the mistake of flying through the middle east in April. I needed to cancel and the process was pretty seamless. The refund will take a while but I was incredibly relieved at just how easy it was to request. I will definitely use again.

Not reliable

I booked for a one way ticket from Bangkok to London, You took the money and after a couple of days, you said ticket is not available. So, I had to cancel theoutbound ticket too.

I tried to contact you for a pnr number so I could book extra luggage the phone number never took calls and the email address is invalid luckily my wife was able to contact the airline and added the extra luggage for me I will never use this service again and will inform other people not to
