Awesome customer service
We had a mix up whereby we didn’t find our driver when we checked out of our hotel at 0530. As we had a flight to catch we grabbed a taxi. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They chased up what went wrong in a really fast manner. In this I mean that emails had a response straight away and they actually cared about making sure it was investigated properly and feed back to us.
It was really refreshing to have a company follow up in such a manner. Great customer service.

We used Jetalimo three times on a recent holiday. All three drivers were on time, courteous and very helpful. The first vehicle sent was larger than we had been booked, but we weren't charged the difference. The staff answering our email queries did so very promptly and helped ease our worries about flight delays, etc. I would definitely recommend them.

Bad service
I booked a return trip from the airport to the hotel, unfortunately the driver did not show up for my trip to the airport which puts me in trouble finding another ride in such a short time . I called the operation office they did not have any answers and just asked me to take a taxi.

A smooth ride from Ben Gurion to Tel Aviv
On 29 May 2018 I used Jet a Limo to travel from Ben Gurion airport to the Isrotel Tower Hotel. Jet a Limo kept me updated by on the status of my ride when my plane landed. I found the Jet a Limo desk in the airport easily, thanks to the instructions provided upon the confirmation of my booking. Further, my driver, Issac, was very personable and provided a number of tips and recommendations to ensure my vacation in Tel Aviv was enjoyable. All in all a very good service, one that I'd happily use again.

Arrived at airport
Arrived at airport, no one to greet us. Luckily a driver for a rival company saw our confusion and advised us to go to transport office.
They had our booking and sent us in an airport transfer cab.
For twice their normal price.
I have given one star for bad experience. Unreasonable and rude do not apply. The service was booked on line. Airport transfer staff were able to arrange a transfer.

If you look at the confirmation voucher, it clearly says that our driver is at the counter waiting for you. See below copy of your confirmation message:
"We will greet you at the AeroCity counter. If you cannot locate our counter please call us at +34917477570 or +34902151654 and we will assist you in locating your driver. At Barcelona El Prat T1: After picking up your luggage in the arrivals hall, you must go to the right side, next to the official store of Barcelona football club you will find our AeroCITY transfer Office. Barcelona El Prat T2B: After picking up your luggage, in the arrivals hall in front of the Black Horse Statue you will find our AeroCITY Office.
Your 1 star review is extremely unfair. it's like booking a hotel and then complaining about it because you were on the wrong street. We did nothing wrong, we had a driver ready and waiting for you the second you presented yourself at our 24/7 airport counter. Furthermore, that's also why we offer contact phones, to assist you exactly on these cases.
