Took weeks to get the product we ordered and when we received it, it was NOTHING like the one we ordered. They will not respond to my emails. SCAM.

This is the site. You get good products for prices significantly lower than main stream producers, and the items are typically of better quality than that of Wish.

I gave it five stars because Jetcube customer support service made shopping online safe, reliable and fair.

I never received my orders three months later and when I tried to get my money back, nobody responded. That’s 100 dollars out of pocket and I don’t even get what I paid for. I’m not pleased.

Placed an order over six weeks ago. Jetcube charged me and said it was shipping. After five weeks of no communication or delivery, I asked them for a status update. Still nothing, so I've asked for a refund.

Most of the products were delivered early. Some items were late due to the Covid19 crisis. All material are of great quality.

I've bought off jetcube several times & I have no complaints about any orders. I love this company
