I had a flight delay of 4 hours with Turkish airlines and once I gave them my flight information and details. No scribble, it’s was a swift case and was informed everything up to the compensation payment which didn’t take long. But patient is a Bertie as you have to give this team time to deal with your case and believe me it will be done with 4 weeks at least
I have been waiting 5 months for compensation from these guys and still nothing. They never give any updates unless I contact them. I used another company previously and had claim settled in 2 weeks. Not impressed jet justice sorry

Jet Justice took a claim that was going to take me months and months, and got it sorted in weeks! And the commission is completely fair for the amount of work I would’ve had to do myself to make this claim!
I've had a successful claim through them, when it came time to input my banking details is explained to the claims advisor that the system they use to capture banking details is not working as i typed in my banking details perfectly but the system says it's invalid as the number of digits is incorrect,the number of digits is exactly the required amount(8)
It's been a week and I have recieved no response or assistance.i have submitted multiple requests for assistance both over email and on the website and received nothing in terms of a response
