I got sucked in to the hype of their ad. That's not their fault. It's mine. I knew better, but thought I'd give it a chance anyway. Fortunately, I caught all the attempts in the ordering process defaulting to 3 items and buying the protection plan. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT BUY. You will literally get the same or better results with a $5 garden hose nozzle. Not one of the videos in the ad were using this item. They were all pressure washers. Not one of the before and after photos were the result of using this product. They were from pressure washers. If you buy this, you WILL be disappointed.

Ordered one with "discount price". They've added 2 more and protection for each. The total sum was $103.86 + 15.83 (protection plan, which I never asked for). You won't see these numbers till the very end of the payment process. Wrote them email immediately saying that I will dispute with my CC, call FBI if they will not refund my money in full, which they did next day. Stay away-pure fraud.

I was also impressed with the Jetnozzle as shown on TV. However, once received it was no better than a garden hose/nozzle. They were ready to give a good discount if I kept it. I would still be out some money and still have a bad item. I returned the item exactly as they request. No refund was ever received. My Email to them was rejected by my IP. The bottom line is they have the purchase price and the returned Jet Nozzle. I would recommend sticking to a garden hose or purchasing a “real” water pressure.

I wanted to order one but they obviously had the order blank default to three as I never went near those figures. I wound up ordering three (I saw $139 flash by as I went to enter my billing info). I immediately emailed them and advised them I only wanted one. They responded that they could not change the order (ten minutes after it went through). I again emailed them and told them I would return all three. They never responded. I have filed a complaint with my bank, but they take forever, plus I used my debit card. I am going to call them in the morning to see how to return them.

I’m giving a two at this time. I also fell for hype and before reading any reviews I went through the ordering process. I emailed the seller and requested the order be canceled. So far I haven’t received confirmation the email was received. With hope this will be resolved quickly and give Trustpilot many thanks for this forum.

Hi let me tell you i bought 1 nozzle and they bill me for 3 plus warranty. I had to way for next day to cancel the order.what was i thinking that is why there are reviews. Ilike to know how this crooks are still in business

Your washer is no better than a good brass nozzle on the hose period.

After trying to use the JetNozzle from "as advertised on TV", I decided to compare it side to side with my Waterpik. Decided to return the JetNozzle and keep the Waterpik. I figured after the jet nozzle blew a couple of the pieces off of itself when I turned on the hose, that the water pic was probably a better value and would somehow clean my driveway quicker.

Absolute junk unfortunately my wife bought me one because she had listened the the add which they should be prosecuted for even running such rot.Do not buy one under any circumstances they are rubbish if i could give no stars i would.I have written this review because somehow they are still selling these to the unsuspecting.

Delivery was a slow. Ordered 6/13 and received 6/24.

Product performance bears no resemblance to advertising.

Doubt if you could clean a 10' x10' patch of concrete in 2 hours.

Scam Company. Commercial shows a different power washers in almost every clip. The claims are complete lies and when you try to order one, they bill you for 3 plus a warranty. After scamming so many people they are sending people to a new website called officialjetnozzle.com

Wanted to order the thing. Looked like something we could use. Now I feel it's shady. At least they need to do something with their site. Wish I'd looked further into it, to the legitimacy of the company-didn't think I needed to.
The site lets you get to the last page, order quickly going through and SHOCK you see the 29.?? item is going to cost you over 102 DOLLARS to receive it. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!! S&H that involved? No indication of it before confirming purchase. It went by very quickly. By the time you back out, hopefully in time, you CAN NOT get back to your page where you have typed your credit card information, personal information, etc. in and can't delete it!!!!! because there's some gotcha page wanting you to buy more-for less than the 3 deal, by the btw.
After this, am reading, don't know if it's true, they may have other things they do to your computer, malware, etc. At least it's a concern for some.
Anyway, got a confirmation email of the purchase of THREE. I hadn't marked that I wanted 3, on purpose anyway, had clicked on one. Had at one point scrolled down to see what they offered. I didn't click on the 3 deal. No indication of that as the purchase page whisked by. Auto fill put things in I didn't want in there, purposefully left out, erased, yet there it is on the confirmation page. I don't even want one at this point, for all this trouble. Sent them a cancellation email. Will see if it happens. If you are sharper than I then do what you want, otherwise, JUST DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEIR SITE!

If you have standard house pressure between 60 and 90PSI, there is no way to increase it without a booster pump of some type. Simple, this nozzle just restricts the flow down to a smaller opening, giving the impression of higher PSI. People that actually purchase one of these deserve to be ripped off due to their ignorance.

Why would anyone ignore physics and purchase a jet nozzle ???

This product sucks. The pressure it generates is not much more than multi purpose spray head you can purchase any where. They tout this product as a something that is military grade and can barely get dirt off concrete. Don't waste your money like I dI'd. Put it towards a real pressure washer.

Just like I see with other people. Even after only purchasing one, I was charge for 3 and charged for an extended warranty. I may also boycott Yahoo for allowing these crooks to advertise on their website.

This company must be owned by Trump. A big scam!
