Absolute rubbish.I consider this to be a scam.
I did not realise it was being shipped from the USA. When it finally arrive,d it proved to be useless. Returning it is prohibitively expensive, and the company are con artists, charging a handling fee when the product is returned. This kind of scam should be illegal

Service: I can't complain as there was none. I thought I purchased one Jetnozzle; in fact, I purchased three.

As soon as I placed the order and realised what had occurred, I sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled or adjusted.

The answer I received was that I could return the complete order, and I would pay for the postage.

The product is crap and so is the customer service.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT DO WHAT IS ADVERTISED, AND THE SERVICE IS ALSO THE SAME

This is a useless product, the videos of a man being held up by the pressure are a fabrication. It is a plastic rubbish product and the company tried to bill me for a FREE gift but luckily PayPal refunded me.
Do not deal with them

Total scam product. It is basically a straight bit of metal pipe with an on/off valve, nothing inside to increase the water pressure. This is no better than a $5 hose nozzle.
As it ships from the USA there is no point in asking for a refund as returning it would cost more than the product. They know this!

This is my second review because I found something useful about this product. Of course the first useful thing we would like to do is stick it somewhere in a Jetnozzle company officer, here's the second useful thing.

Whomever designed this product was a moron, or it is just a money grab and there was no design effort at all. They offered me a 65% refund if I kept the thing, OK fine. They actually responded pretty quick also, can't complain about their customer service, still awaiting the refund though.

I was going to dismantle the thing and keep the ball valve. The designers sealed the ball valve connections with a soft O ring and RTV sealant. Of course the O ring deformed and actually blocked the water flow, and the RTV sealant did nothing at all. I disassembled, cleaned it up, applied some Teflon tape, re-assembled, and the thing actually works sort of OK.

It is a high(ish) pressure stream, shoots about thirty feet, low volume. So it might be OK for something like spraying spiders and wasps out of the eaves of your house. The nice heavy brass high pressure nozzles you get at the home supply stores are better but use more water.

The thing is still a piece of junk. Don't buy it, but if you are stuck with one you might get it to do something useful, guess it depends on what you call useful. It still does nothing like what the marketing videos show on their website.

The fan nozzle attachment is absolutely useless, throw it away.

I am going to give them two stars only because their customer service was pretty responsive and useful.

No different to an ordinary hose nozzle. Fraudulent advertising. Lemon product.

There should be the ability to score a minus result. Bunnings have nothing to be worried about as they state in their advertising. A complete piece of junk that does not remove anything. I will prefer to pull the pressure cleaner out in future. Had hoped that this would make the job quicker but all it does is waste water as not grime etc is removed. Do not buy this rubbish.

After watching a long, involved and sophisticated video, extolling the virtues of the jet nozzle, I succumbed to the temptation and clicked to order ONE Jetnozzle. Imagine my surprise when I found that I was being charged for THREE. After some protracted and fairly acrimonious emails threatening Jetnozzle with exposure to Trust pilot, PayPal, Trading Standards and the bank involved, Jetnozzle finally agreed to cancel the order. I was lucky to achieve this outcome, even more so after examining the promotional videos very closely, the results shown could only have been achieved with the use of pressure washers.
Lesson learned; check Trust Pilot first!

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH, GO TO YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE AND BUY JUST THE SAME AND CHEAPER

Was the same as I've already got so that wasn't worth the money paid to have something that was promoted the way it was through false advertising
This company is more than likely from CHINA so they cannot be trusted

This company should stop lying and ripping people off immediately. Scrap metal here is worth 10 cent/kilo....that makes this thing worth about 1.5 cents. And I got conned into buying 2 of them! I felt sick as soon as I opened the package, and from America it's not worth me sending it back. DON'T DO IT.

total scam nothing more than a nozzle for your hose, no increase in pressure, totally misleading adverts showing a pressure washer machine at work.

Does not improve the hose pressure much - it just shoots it out a smaller nozzle.
Not worth the cost of postage back to the USA and the hassle of doing it. I am disappointed.
Reminds me of the scam where there was a Cockroach killer - 100% guaranteed to work every time.... the people who paid their money were sent a small block of wood.... Hmmm what can i say?

Jetnozzle took me for £62 for a £32 item which was not delivered and they will not refund. They are fraudsters!

This product is absolute crap - DOES NOT WORK. False advertising, ripping people off!! Total waste of money.
