JETSPLUS sent me the wrong jets.
I tried to call them - no answer
I tried to contact them through their Facebook page - no reply.
I emailed them approx 4-5 times and eventually got a reply which said that they would deal with my issue once someone was back in the office.
This was Nov 2025 and its now Jan 2026 and still nothing.
I sent screenshot of the jets i ordered from their website, then photographic proof of the jets they sent and a photo of the jets i needed.
So they had everything they needed.
I'm now out of pocket, and very disappointed with JETSPLUS Oxon.
Poor customer service, will not be using again.

Sells incomplete kits, poor customer service. Promises to send replacement parts then asks for all parts to be returned after weeks of me waiting.
I wouldn't waste your time or your money.
Stay well clear.

Please don't use this company- I bought a Jet for cv40 Harley carb, didn't fit, wrong thread and pattern. Called on phone, said would refund. Posted item back my expense, guess what, yep no refund cheap home run business selling Chinese copy jets - waste your money if you like, it's your choice. Once conned never forgiven.
