Very easy steps to navigate and great options as the process progresses to the final stage of purchasing.

We never got reminded s or flight details

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Cancelled our flights home with NO COMMUNICATION and then booked us on a flight for the following day which meant we would have been stuck in Bali for an additional night with no accommodation.
Luckily we realised after checking itinerary so then they offered us an alternative flight on the correct day, we confirmed it and then get an email saying THAT flight is no longer available. Third time lucky after emailing back and forth, getting very slow responses and wasting our last day of holiday sorting this out, we finally got given a flight home for the right day. Get given our seats, we are all split up when I has paid EXTRA to confirm we would be sitting together. Contact Jettzy for a refund of this and get fobbed off and told I need to contact the airline. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with, do your self a favour and book with someone else!

The service is really good, what I don't like they put the prize up for the last minute, I wish they let me know earlier so I know exactly how much I have to pay. Regards

Youse provided us a convenient cheap flight suitable for our services and done in the best way possible

I tried to book a return flight for the same day, but your computer system could’nt understand and booked my return flight a week later.
I tried seven times over two days to book these flights to Brisbane on the 18/05/26 and still it reverted back to the 25/05/26 for my return flight.
All this ended up costing me an extra $755.
SORT IT OUT.

Didn’t send my itinerary

My flight to Sydney on the 15th of May went completely wrong.
Flight JQ608 14:55 pm
I proceeded to check in but it was denied. I then asked for assistance. The assistant could not find my booking. I was left with no other option but to purchase a new ticket for $284.00 dollar. I am a senior, Iam retired and have minimal income.
I was very disappointed and annoyed. My flight home was without issues. I can't understand why both tickets where purchase on the same day. Money was taken out of my account. I would like to be refunded my ticket for the flight to Sydney from Avalon. $201.47

They are scammers and not helpful.
You will lose your money, tickets and will have no solutions.

Booked my travel through Jetty and im quite satisfied

Jettzy offered by far the best price for the flights I was hoping to take. Almost too good to be true prices. Naturally, I worried that there might be a catch, but the price remained the constant through the booking process, which was very smooth and easy. Confirmations arrived fast and I was able to log into the airlines websites and see my flights as soon as I had the booking reference. I'd be very confident to use Jettzy again if they offered a good price on flights I wanted to book.

The only minor thing was they wanted a very small surcharge for both selecting vegetarian meals and for seat selection - something I chose not to select because I was confident this would be free through the airline's app once the flights were booked (it was). So just stay savvy if you want to avoid a few unnecessary dollars.

They did help me to book extra seat for our child but didn’t help with the seats next to each others. That’s not good.
