Awful do not use

Ordered a ring, they sent a defective item that was wrongly sized by them. I didn't realise they'd misized the product at first but when I complaint then they offered 50% of my money back to keep it. I wanted to return it for a full refund and they kept refusing to give me their address so I could check the cost. (bearing in mind this was within days of receiving the order). They are adamant they I could only have store credit so I've now reported them to my bank. Awful company with terrible quality product and terrible customer service.

No Delivery of my purchases

On 29th January 2025 I made to two seperate purchases from the same supplier Jeulia, both of substantial amounts. I checked the website and only update was on Delivered at 11pm on 12th February. Who delivers in the middle of the night? I never received my goods. The courier will not respond only an automated voice responds. The supplier Jeulia will not contact the courier that they have a contract with. The supplier will not give me my money back, but want 35% more money from me then they will send the goods again using the same courier who failed to deliver to me the first time. What guarantee do I have of delivery? The supplier has my money the courier has my goods and the supplier now wants more money for goods I have already paid for.

Nightmare to deal with- Cheap Tat

Nightmare to deal with, Bracelet arrived, the "free gift" was what i would expect out of a Christmas cracker, the actual £105 bracelet was not much better, cheap and nasty. Ordered 22 Jan from Jeulia UK. But then the problems started. I rejected the bracelet on 3rd Feb, 4th Feb they wanted photos, i sent them same day back, 6th Feb they wanted more photos, 12th Feb they tell me to return it- to California!! Despite it being sent to me from the UK. So I finally got the refund 3rd March, less the UK shipping, add into that the £20 it cost me to return it with insurance to USA. So that little exercise left me £30 out of pocket. Bought a replacement from Ernest Jones, cheaper and looks the part

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The order took two months, can not get threw to customer service. When ring finally arrived , yes the packaging was high standard, but the ring is nothing like the photo , definitely not the same ring in photo, the ring in the photo have bright colours, so different metals ,and the jeulia stamp is hardly visible. Read the small print . To return items you have costs .
I'm so disappointed. And I'm now left with a ring I will never wear . And over £119 out of pocket when I could have purchased the same quality for £10 . Please don't buy from here. I learnt the hard way.

It's not what you see that you will get.

Not at all close to what was advertised . I also paid extra for the engraving but was not included. Please be aware that what you see on their website is not what you are going to get.

Ordered my fiancee earrings on the 5th…

Ordered my fiancee earrings on the 5th of February asked and paid for it to be delivered for valentines day. Now the 25th I've asked for a refund and they want to charge me 30% of the price to get a refund. Stated in terms and conditions 10-20 days processing they've had 20 days it's still processing. Was told it was because my order is being custom made it's not it's a design from their website nothing custom about it they are refusing to give me a refund or any valid reason why my order isn't even shipped yet and expect me to pay to get only some of my money back? Absolutely shocking

Firstly do not buy from this company

Firstly do not buy from this company, i bought my fiance a ring, its last just under a month, stones are coming off, PLATING from the band is chipping off, causes irration when wearing. All the companys fault, all manufacturering fault but refusing to give a refund because its past thirty days, so now ive paid for a ring that my fiance cant wear and had to order from a different company because its shocking quality. Oh and dont forget to mention that the customer service is digusting. So i will be taking this higher to court. Disgusting company. I even paid extra for my fiances sized ring and its not even her size!

They charged for faster delivery and…

They charged for faster delivery and this did not happen. It took over a month for the product to arrive even though I paid for express delivery. Within 2 months the ring set were flaking on all 3 rings. No they weren't exposed to water/perfume etc! Contact customer service and they say they aren't able to be returned despite having a supposed 1 year warranty, they offer to exchange and then want them sent back first! Lies all the time from this company. Still not sorted nearly 3 months after ordered.

And now they want me to return it at my own cost!! Send a prepaid envelope, very simple! Another change to what they have said! Now "apparently" they can repair them! Not happening obviously!!!

Ring is currently on order, its showing as processing for 14 Working days now. I have messaged Customer Services twice in the last 3 days asking what stage of processing my order is at, its a simple question to ask really.. no response to both of my messages for 3 working days now.

I just expected to know how close to dispatch the ring is at.

Poor quality, impossible to return, expect you to send to the US at customers expense.

Been really disappointed with this company, the necklace received was smaller and different to pictured online, have tried to return it and they claim I can’t as ‘it’s personalised’ even though i ordered exactly what came up in a google search. They don’t reply quickly, they confuse details or your request, will not provide a complaints process. 30 day east return is a myth and they expect you to send items back to the US at your expense even though they appear to be a UK company. They are not, i have reported to trading standards, Amex are also investigating. Do not buy from those company.

Appalling experience

Appalling experience. Order placed in December 2024. It didn't have the correct address on it so Evri couldn't deliver and it was supposedly returned to Jeulia. I've asked for a refund but it's been refused. 22 emails back and forth and still no resolution. Definitely will not order from this company again.
