Great product, great value, only issue was the tracking was not great, wasn't told when it was coming and tracking the item was not fully up to date

Wrong product sent
I ordered a ring from Jeulia and received one with the wrong stone. The item was not as described or as shown on their website. Instead of fixing their error at no cost, they insisted I pay the the shipping and offered only £10 in store credit — even though UK consumer law clearly states they must cover all costs for incorrect goods.
I’ve told them multiple times I will not pay extra to fix their mistake. My bank has now given them until 29 August 2025 to resolve the issue before I raise a dispute.
A company that won’t take responsibility for its own errors is not one I can recommend. Customers should not have to fight to have their consumer rights respected.
Beautiful rings
I have been seeing these rings for over a year and decided to purchase them as our wedding anniversary is on Halloween, (6 years ago) and we wanted them then. I have decided to surprise my husband with them, we even have jack and Sally tattoos

Did not offer a speedier delivery service or deliver to Hong Kong.
I emailed you straight after my order was confirmed at 11:32 but have not received any response or notifications that it’s been received yet and it’s now 16:05
Overall though, website was good and good display of products. Would order again but would happily pay for courier delivery service if it was offered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful company. Received a ring that was not as described. The stone was completely black. It was described as light green. Very cheap looking. I would avoid this company at all costs. After multiple emails they finally agreed to refund the cost of the item but I had to pay £17 postage return to the US which they refused to reimburse. Terrible company with tacky, cheap products.

Partial refund for faulty goods left us out of pocket.
I ordered a ring for my daughter that was clearly pictured and described as a light green stone. What arrived was something nearly black, which my daughter did not want. I asked for a refund on the basis as Not as Described. I had to send the ring tracked delivery to California costing £17. Jeulia's excuse was that stone shades vary but this was a completely different colour and not acceptable. After many platitudinous emails from them, we finally got a refund of the base ring price only and are still out of pocket for the original postal costs plus the expensive return costs, even though this was in no way our responsibility. Next time we will only use trusted UK domiciled companies and listen to the reviews more!

Nice enough but not worth the price
Not a bad ring, arrived in reasonable time and fits, but .. it's really not as nice or chunky as the picture on website suggests and it's just ok. The prices are relatively high so I would hesitate to buy a further item. I would think about half the price charged would be reflective of the quality.

Warning
Warning! The returns is far from easy as they make out on their site. Your rings are coming from China, and if you need to return you need to send to USA.
My ring arrived so big it fell off my finger, others have reported same issue and advised need to size down which id missed. The company try everything not to give you a refund despite thier website stating 'easy returns'. When they finally accepted my request for return for refund, I had to send to USA at cost of £18, and they are now saying they are deducting £13 from my refund to pay for the 'free shipping' they gave me - which is completely against UK consumer laws. The way out of this? To accept store credit instead of cash refund - just not acceptable.
I have reported to trading standards, and would advise anyone else in UK with same problem to do the same as they build a case against the supplier.

A smooth process throughout
A smooth process throughout. Special offers available. I would have liked to see some bigger sizes in some of the other rings as there were a couple I liked but not available in my size. I chose a lovely ring with moonstones as my birthstone but it was not available to me. Saying that the ring I chose is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Dont use
Dont use! Ordered something and then decided i needed to cancel. Sent an email following morning (I'd only Ordered at 10pm). They responded with its a 30% fee to cancel! How's that right! Material costs, so they don't stock their own items selling online and make them straight away? Really frustrating, as i was going to reorder in a few weeks, but right now, why would I? Shocking service and response!
