Terrible customer service. website says delivery is 5-12 days but does not tell you about the 12-20 day manufacture time until purchased. 2 months later i have still not received the ring i ordered for valentines day. Shitty customer service, when i asked for a refund they refused to give me in full as i had not received the item, when i wished to cancel the order they also refused.
