I previously left this company a very bad review which I have retracted. I complained that I had received no communication from them concerning my order.
Today, whilst clearing out my junk folder I found their emails, both acknowledging my order and another with tracking details. It did take awhile but the badges have arrived and are fine considering how much they cost.

I bought two one for me and one for my mom thought mine was beautiful until the chain turned black which was very upsetting as I bought mine because my partner had passed away I tried to contact them and they advised me to take a photo I sent the photo and they said quality control was going to look into it I have not heard anything since now the necklace is sitting on the coffee table
Parcel was left on decking under some wood, parcel nowhere to be found and jeweflora not refunding. Asking mu husband to contact royal mail when actually it should be them as sender who should be doing the chasing up. No offer of refund. Don't buy from them. This was my Xmas from my husband. Merry bloody Xmas to me. Thanks a lot jeweflora.

Don’t understand why Instagram allow so many scam companies to advertise. Jeweflora has been advertising constantly on Instagram and Facebook. Placed an £80 order with them 5/10/20, for promised delivery 5-10 days. It is now 18th and no sign of a delivery despite being told I would soon get tracking and delivery details. I have emailed messaged instagrammed messaged and Facebook messages and they have completely ignored me😡😡
