Took some old rings to Ryan for re-sizing he returned them in a few days looking like new and fitted perfect.

Ryan resized 3 rings for me. Checking the new sizes and giving me a quote before undertaking the work. The rings were all white gold and you cant't see where the work was done. The all look as new. The stones were cleaned and are beautifully shiny. He also made a silver flower ring for my daughter from a photograph. It was really intricate and fitted perfectly.

I had a great laser welding session over 4 hours with Ryan on our freeform elettrolaser. So far it was the most useful and informative lessons I had, as he visited us at work and showed us the capacities and limits of our new laser welder. It made a big difference for me, Ryan is a highly skilled mounter, and gave me a lot of valuable and eye opening advice! Plus he's a really nice person to be around!

Ryan did a BRILLIANT job fixing my ring. A diamond had fallen out of the setting while I was cleaning it and I was devastated as it’s a very sentimental ring.
Ryan was very knowledgeable about jewellery and explained all the different options we could take to fix it, and his recommendations. We decided that he would need to build up the gold around the setting to secure the diamond back in place.
He managed my expectations of what I could expect it to look like after the repair on the setting and was transparent about the cost and timelines. He kept me informed every step of the way and came back with the fixed ring sooner than I expected. It looks brilliant! He did an amazing job, such good work that I can’t even see where he did the repair. I am thrilled with it.

Ryan made a beautiful bespoke engagement ring for me, using sentimental gold I provided and taking into account my ideas while bringing his own creativity into it as well. I am so thrilled with the piece. Ryan is very knowledgeable, patient and skilled and I couldn't be happier with how the piece has turned out. I especially appreciated him giving me multiple options to choose from and keeping me updated throughout the process. I would use his services again for any other jewellery needs.

Ryan made a fantastic job using sentimental gold and diamonds to redesign my engagement, wedding ring and create an eternity ring to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I also provided some sentimental gold to create a wedding band for my husband who is now able to wear a ring since retiring.
Ryan talked through all the options for design and kept us updated throughout as the rings were made. Amazing service and delighted with the result. My husband’s band hasn’t left his finger since receiving it. So many comments on how lovely the rings look. Would thoroughly recommend Ryan such great designs and care with sentimental items.

I’m a jeweller myself, but when I couldn’t repair a pendant I had made for a client, Ryanstepped in and did an incredible job. He was friendly, professional, and impressively efficient — I sent it on Tuesday and had it back by Thursday! The workmanship is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I reached out to Ryan about my wedding ring losing a diamond. He responded quickly and quoted me straight away (which was really competitively priced, less than half of what a large chain jewellery shop quoted).
I dropped both my wedding and engagement ring to Ryan (I asked him to clean my engagement ring too) after 6pm yesterday.
At 7:50am this morning I had a message letting me know he'd found my engagement ring had some worn claws and offering to fix them, without charging extra.
By midday today he informed me both rings were ready and dropped them to me this evening.

My rings look amazing, as good as new! I am so happy with the professionalism, speed and quality that Ryan works to.

Ryan created my engagement ring from the design I had given him an image to base off , he worked with the budget I have and discussed the design and creation with me , giving me a timeline and his expert advice.
Once completed he then sent over professional photos , and on collection I was blown away with how the ring looks and it's even better in person his craftsmanship is second to none.

Was left an antique engagement ring from the 1920's and wanted to incorporate it into my own engagement ring. Ryan advised the antique ring contained old cut diamonds which aren't the norm nowadays. He talked through what could be achieved and then provided 4 options. The one I chose needed another diamond added. He sourced the extra old cut diamond and produced the most beautiful ring. I would thoroughly recommend Ryan. Very knowledgeable, no hard sell, very patient (he waited for me to make a choice for quite some time as all designs were beautiful) and an outstanding craftsman. Would 100% recommend.

I needed a repair to my eternity ring as a stone had been lost. Ryan promptly assessed the ring, sent the quote (very reasonably priced) and stayed in touch throughout. The work was completed promptly and I had my ring back within the same week! Thank you Ryan. It looks brand new!
