I am very happy with the quick service I received and with the quality of the done.

Had my rings cleaned with the jewellerychap for the first time recently, communication throughout was brilliant and it was such a quick turn around. My rings look absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the results I will certainly use him again.

Excellent. Sent 2 white gold rings for cosmetic repair and rhodium plating. They look like new on return and at a very reasonable price.

I had 3 items of scrap gold chains and 3 gold bracelets to be repaired. Some being rose gold.
No idea how but I found Carl and decided to send the items to see if he could repair and use the scrap items to reduce the cost.

So happy with the outcome of my jewellery. I sent off 2 rose gold rings to be yellow gold plated and they look absolutely beautiful.
The whole process was quick, smooth and I had them back safely within 3 days.
Cannot recommend Carl highly enough and will definitely be using him for future maintenance on my rings.

Brilliant service and quality of work. Sent my platinum wedding ring by special delivery on Monday and had it back by Friday the same week. Resized up and in perfect condition.

I can’t thank Carl enough for the work he did on my engagement ring. I had been unable to wear it for almost a year due to being allergic to the nickel in the white gold. I spoke with Carl and requested my ring to be rhodium plated so I could wear it again. I sent off my ring and it arrived back very quickly and he’s done an amazing job. It’s been plated, polished and I’m so pleased to be able to wear it again. Great service and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and professional to repair your jewellery.

Clear communication and my necklace looks good as new after gold plating. It's a very sentimental necklace to me so it's lovely to have it restored and looking great again. The postage instructions were all very clear and it came back to very well packaged.
