Had two rings resized that previously had to be cut off the finger for being too tight. Fabulous work - you can't tell they been changed at all - they look like new.
The whole process worked exactly as described.

The band on my ring had snapped and I found this company online. I requested a prepaid envelope, which was provided really quickly and sent my ring off. Communication was great, with check ins to confirm my requirement before the quote was provided. The repair was fast but to a great quality and postage of my ring back was secure and quick. I contacted jewellery repair uk about my bracelet which needed restringing. From start to finish they were fantastic and kept me updated on the progress. My bracelet was returned on the date I was told and it now fits perfectly with no danger it’ll fall off. Will definitely use the company again and be recommending it to my friends and family

I had a piece of broken jewellery, very sentimental to me and quite expensive but I haven’t been able to wear it for 15 years. I decided to take a punt and so happy I did. The work was well done and very reasonably priced. The best bit of the whole process was impeccable communication from Jasmine which gave me a lot of confidence. I would not hesitate to use again.
