For every occasion, she will have something that matches, different styles, different colours - there’s an abundance of choice. She also matches the tikka perfectly if need be and I always feel so confident and special when I put on a set from Jewels by Kaurs. Their service and attention to detail is unmatched! Will always always recommend!!!

Incredible customer service. Had a little fault on a bangle I gifted my mum. My mum took it to the store to get it fixed and Sumi was incredibly helpful and fixed it for her immediately! The jewellery is one thing, but their service towards customers deserves merit in its own right. :)

Sumi gave me excellent styling advice when choosing a Bridal wedding set, she listened to what we liked and picked out some lovely pieces. She was quick to respond with my whatsapp query and promptly sent out the items that were purchased. Will definitely be returning here in future.

I recently purchased a necklace set and bangles from jewelsbykaurs and I couldn’t be more happier. I went in just a couple of days before the event, both ladies in the store were lovely; they took their time to help me pick the perfect pieces that complimented my outfit. The jewellery itself is stunning, the detailing on both the necklace set and bangles is beautiful, elegant, unique and high quality. The packaging was also lovely very premium. I Received so many compliments when I was wearing it, highly recommend. Most definitely will be purchasing again.

Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time and realy value for the price I paid.
I appreciated their professionalism and customer service when my parcel did not arrive as expected due to a delay from the parcel services and I was offered a replacement to be delivered the next day but luckily it arrived the following day but the gesture to go out their way to accommodate my needs was very kind of them.

Came across Jewelsbykaurs accidentally while on a shopping spree. I fell in love with the mother of pearls chokers the moment I saw them. I knew I wasn't leaving this place without buying something.
Sumi and Shilpa were charming and very helpful but I had a tough time!! There were too many gorgeous things and it was a difficult task to decide. I left with 4 sets and more in the end.
I live in Germany and will definitely buy here again whenever I visit London.
