This company is not only a scam they won't return your emails,their tracking is a bunch of bogus information. I ordered a product on August 14 and tracked it or so I thought til 9/08/25when it said it was delivered. It was never mailed to me or delivered. I checked with every shipping company and they no tracking number or my name or address. Please be aware and don't use this company. I have reported them and have filed to get my money back.
I ordered the soul sister bracelet. Very beautiful, good quality I have gotten many compliments on it. When I got my bracelet I could not get the clasp to work. I emailed the company an they were on top of it quickly. Didn't need to send it back thankfully my coworker got the clasp open an I wear it every day. Has not changed colors, has not come off , very beautiful bracelet an im very happy with it. Fast shipping also
I saw and ad on Instagram, it brought me to their site, and I placed an order. For a minute I thought I was getting scammed, because $1 did sound ridiculous for a hair oil (it cost me $5 with the shipping), but no! I could track my order easily + I became a VIP member for free! Today I actually got my order within 2 weeks, the hair oil is really good, it made my hair soft and shiny (I haven't used it on my scalp yet). Thank you Jewel!

This site is a JOKE.. can't copy/paste tracking number. Does not give you the option of manually entering. This site SUCKS... it's like a kid project or something. Get it together or give it up!
I ordered a hair oil on the 28th of April 2025 . I paid for my order . It was 2 weeks into me ordering I was just checking up on it making sure that it's still being delivered. I was in contact with a merchant during that time and they reassured me everything was fine. I then got to track my order. I know that on their website it says it take about 1-3 weeks to be shipped . It took a whole entire month to be shipped. During the shipping period they tried to take money from my account using my account details. They tried taking 500 rand. I reported it as fraud. On my tracking app it finally showed that it was in South Africa. I don't think it ever was. On my tracking app it kept on showing me different estimated delivery dates. It finally showed the 6th of June 2025 at 12 am but nothing came that when I asked for my refund back from them. They tried to bargain me with a 40% refund but I wasn't interested. Eventually they supposedly gave back my full refund. Which was not even real. After this all happened in a span of less then 24 hours they tried take another R544 from my account,but failed to do so. Apparently I couldn't cancel my order because it was too late. But I don't think that it was ever in South Africa. Please be careful when you put Jewelshoppingco.com on a scam website it isn't legitimate, it says that it was created last year in November. Don't buy anything from these people
This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. I paid for a order and membership on 4/18/25. I never received my order and if I wasn't trying to track my order, they would of charged me for the membership before I even got the order. So I cancelled the membership. It's been over two months now since I placed the order, and I still didn't get a refund or my order yet. They always give you the same story every time you contact them. Til this day, I still have not received my order or refund. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Ordered a product it never came and when i asked for the money back was told they can only reimburse 2%. And then they took another $30 out of my account without telling me anything. I did not sign up for any memberships either. I spoke with my bank and put in a fraud claim. Waiting to see what happens. I emailed the customer service and told them i wanted a full refund and that i put in a fraud claim with my bank.
Would never use this site again and also emailed tic tok to have there site taken off as well since they are SCAMERS.

I had a same experience as Guy down of my review (or up, idc), but i didnt let them scam me. First after placing order you MUST cancel membership immediately. After that I demanded to know why I cant see my order details, they (computer) send me same URL which doesnt tell you anything. In that moment I decided to cancel the order so I wrote to them and in that moment the computer (which is sending you mails most of the time) wrote to me that some human will take place. So finally human told me that they cant cancel my order coz its being processed somewhere else (like my order is on its way but i know it was not because they told me in communication before that it will take 4-5 days before the order is packaged - i decided to cancel my order Day after ordering) and they can offer me 15% refund...I told them to fak off and if my refund will not be 100% I am going to contact my bank with request of CHARGEBACK (which in my country you can request even after 120 days). In that Very moment I got notification from my bank that they send me back money from my order but not whole, they still trying to keep shipping fees. So I will try to take care of it also. But remember SAVE ALL THE COMMUNICATION WITH THEM, its a proof...and demand full refund and DONT PLAY THEIR GAMES

This company claims to offer a VIP service, but there’s nothing premium about the experience. I placed an order on 19 February. While I understand international shipping takes time, their stated process is 7 days for packing and a maximum of 3 weeks for delivery. It’s now been over two months — and still no package.
They respond within 10 minutes, but the replies are vague and unhelpful. They have no tracking info or control over the courier, and they make it clear that even if your parcel never arrives, you won’t be refunded. That’s not just poor service — it’s unacceptable.
To make things worse, they sneak in a VIP subscription fee during checkout and attempt to charge you before your order arrives. No courier name, no ETA, no accountability. They offered a 20% refund, but even that is still being processed by my bank.
Everything about this experience screams scam. Avoid at all costs.
