Didn’t recieve my package

Bought some stuff, my verification mail said I had to expect 3 days for the delivery, yet it’s been 4 almost 5 days since I ordered and I still haven’t recieved my package. Not sure if it’s because of ascension day or whatever but I’m confused as to why I haven’t recieved my package despite my verification mail saying I should expect 3 days for it to be delivered, frankly I’d say I had a pretty shitty experience ordering. Though the pictures on your website looked nice.

Guessing this is a fake company though I’m not completely sure

More that what I expected!

Received the order as expected but exceeded my expectations on how they value the experience of a customer when opening and receiving the item. Coming from a retail company myself, this is very well received.

Loved my purchase

Loved my purchase. Usually these type of online jewellery stores can send you some cheap s%#!

This was not the case. I got what I expected and at even came in a little nice bag with some candy 💪🏽 and also arrived very quickly.

Thanks for the necklace! Love it (and so does my wife- bonus)

It Comes at time they sat they Will deliver the order, and it was Quick.

A beautiful ring i Got me, and it fit my finger.

The homepages was good, and easy to look at.

Absolutely the worst return process…

Absolutely the worst return process possible. We attempted to return an item 2 days after receiving it. To complete the return we had to take a picture for approval of return, provide order number, pay for return… then received return label where we once again had to fill the entire form out with same information as completed online. Then upon returning to post we once again now for the 3rd time has to provide the original order number. It’s been over a month and no return or even acknowledgment of receipt. Yet they send marketing emails daily! Upon contacting the company BY REPLYING TO THE EMAIL THEY SENT CONFIRMING THE RETURN REQUST, they once again say that in order to help I need to AGAIN provide the order number. Extremely frustrating! And as we know they obviously have my email I find it difficult to believe they do not have the same email on the customer order record or return record. I can only conclude that it is a business model to make the return process as difficult, or even impossible, as they possibly can.

Update 10 May, they have now finally written that the return was just received and the item was found to be scratched and damaged and had to be thrown out. This could not be further from the truth and I actually find it offensive. However, to give me a good experience they shipped another bracelet out. 😳 I returned the item as it was too big for my son.
