I traveled to Bologna for a consultation, where we agreed on a timeframe and the details of my order. I received a message via WhatsApp, but I never received an invoice, and none of the items we discussed were delivered. I have not received a response to my messages on WhatsApp. Until today, I was unsure if I would be getting the ordered wig or not. Since I am no longer in Italy, I assume I will not be receiving it. Shame.
