JFL Law gave me the confidence that they will be able to get a positive outcome for my case. The instructions were honest the pros and cons, the timeline they predicted was exact and they did not falter. They always gave me a truthful scenario, they were never tired of my persistent communications. I am glad I went with them.

So I had a horrid accident in a large super store in reading.

I was ignored by HOME BARGAINS so had no choice but to seek legal help.

I first was dealing with Kevin . I informed Kevin of my need for REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS and gave him a brief synopsis of why incl my poor mental health. It can be difficult to inform someone of one's personal details but these ppl all made it very easy. I felt confident and safe to tell them.

From the moment I told Kevin of my vulnerabilities , he cudnt of been any more accommodating and kind. He informed Bev my solicitor, she to was just so kind and lovely to me every step of the way.

They made all and more, reasonable adjustments to make the whole process seamless for me. I was so grateful.

On top of that, they are all so professional. I felt really looked after. Bev really fought my corner 🙏.

I was seen by professional consultant who accessed my injuries really thoroughly and I was treated very well by him 😊.

If I need legal help in the future then I will be using JFLAW.

I like how friendly and helpful they were. I didn't like that I had to initiate MOST OF the contacts. I say MOST as I was contacted but it would be several months. If I was contacted and didn't complete the request they made of me, it wasn't chased up by them so I felt alone and in the dark alot of the time. Tracey was very nice however, when I did speak to her. Thankyou
