Do not order from them, you will never receive your merchandise!!

This place is a scam I ordered two shirt early April and NEVER got them I've been sending emails to them since June and nothing in return, Now the emails come back undeliverable. I'm out my money and no way of getting back 50+ dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t give them one star, I ordered dresses from them back in April and never got them. I have contacted and emailed the company several times. They claimed they mailed them. I have done a USPS search and nothing. It’s now October and they’re no longer in business. I’m out $65.00 and burning mad.

TERRIBLE!! The sweatpants received were the poorest quality. Unable to reach associate via email after multiple attempts. Do not order from this company, you will waste your money!

Don't order from JGdress company. We tried to return an item inside the return period because what we got was not what was shown on the website. You can only contact them by email and they have ignored multiple emails for return or support. It has now been over a month of trying to contact them all the while being ignored.

BUYER BEWARE - JGDress!
On June 23rd, I published a review of the on-line company JGdress (when charging your account, they show up as Everliv Limited). After receiving no response to my request for a refund from the company, I contacted the Better Business Bureau seeking help. They were unable to locate the company and said packages from them ship from a warehouse. They recommend I contact several agencies who investigate on-line scams or fraud. I forwarded the information to these companies on August 7th. On August 14th, I suddenly received an email from JGDress, apologizing for the delay in their response. They asked that I take pictures of the merchandise and e-mail it to them. They assured me if the merchandise was undamaged, they would begin processing a refund. The dresses were never worn, so this should have been easy. As you can guess, I have not heard from them since. While I feel sure I will never receive a refund from this company, I will continue to report them and write reviews on any site available to me so that other buyers are not scammed by this company.

I placed an order with this company April 9th. I did not receive the merchandise until the second week of June. The dresses were not what I expected, so I have been trying to return them. For some reason, the order had been duplicated, so I actually ended up with four dresses I cannot use. I have emailed the company twice to determine how to proceed with retuning the purchase, as there was no shipping form enclosed in the package. I have yet to receive a response.

Small Redemption.

While it took 6 weeks to receive my items, with absolutely no response to my numerous inquiries, I am pleased to say that the items fit me nicely and I am actually contemplating ordering a couple more of the same dress in different colors. I hope everyone gets their stuff, and that it is what you want it to be.

Absolutely terrible quality! The fabric is a very cheap polyester. It took me 3 months to receive them.
They look nothing like they do online. It was a complete waste of money. I would wear them for pygamas but the fabric quality is so awful.

No stars would be more accurate. Unable to reach anyone for 3 weeks. I just want to do an exchange! There’s an automatic response you get on FB messenger and it’s not even correct english. Do not order from here!!!

Utter rubbish scam merchants. No package no response from them. I've now threatened them with legal action under the consumer rights act 2015. Only been waiting 2 months

I ordered a shirt and a jumpsuit to the tune of almost $50 bucks. I received the WRONG shirt and a jumpsuit that looks like my toddler grandson sewed by hand. It had missing and crooked seams...very poor quality. Also had a hole in the pocket. It wasn't even the one I ordered but had it been wearable..I'd have just worn it and shut up. BUYER BEWARE. I've emailed the indicated address for returns three times with no response.

Ordered merchandise April 13th, still have not received and it is June 2. No response to emails and unable to get any assistance via direct message. Very disappointed because they take the time to be all over your social media feeds, yet do not deliver.

Ok. So because of the reviews posted at the time I did expect about a month for delivery. I placed 2 orders with this company. My first order arrived about a month after I placed my order. The items were big but great quality. Mind you, I had seen this same item on different sites. Anyhow I decided not to do a return because it would just take too long. My 2nd order arrived about a month after I placed my order. Terrible quality and the Color is not what was advertised. Very thin and see through not like the picture. No receipts either. Also I ordered 2 items but received 1. They did refund me as I saw on my bank statement but no responses to emails. I absolutely hate the item I received but don’t know if it’s worth returning.

Horrible. Don’t use them!!! After 30 days I finally received the package which was not even the color I ordered not to mention that the material was so thin you could see through it. Also, if you try to contact them or track your order you can forget it.

HORRIBLE QUALITY - TOOK AGES.Nothing like the photo

I ordered 2 items off of this site, and a week later I got a shipping notification. A month later I still didn’t receive anything, and when I went to go track my package it said that USPS still hasn’t received it. I emailed them two separate times and they never responded. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back.

Order took almost a month to arrive, I emailed the company regarding the delay who were not helpful or friendly in the reply. When the order finally arrived, it was terrible quality, and not reflective of the picture on the website. No return slip was posted with the product, and with the terrible customer service, it was easier to throw the item away than return. I would not use this brand/service again

I ORDERED A POLKA DOT BLOUSE FROM JG DRESS IN APRIL 13 2020 I HAVEN,T RECEIVED IT YET . I RECEIVED A EMAIL MAY 9 2020 SAYING WILL DELIVER SOON IT,S MAY 19 2020 NOW , THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM. THIS COMPANY THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY THROUGH PAY PAL IT,S SCARY ORDERING FROM THESE COMPANIES THAT POPS UP I HOPE I RECEIVE THE ORDER SOON

Well, I actually did finally receive my order. I ordered 4 blouses from JGDRESS. It took about a month to receive my order. I was becoming quite concerned after I read these reviews and I thought I too had been scammed. But surprisingly I have received my order. So now I need to contact my credit card company, because I had actually reported this to my credit card company. Lastly I would like to add that these blouses are not the Quality that I was anticipating, but I did receive them. Needless to say that I WIL NOT order from the is company again. But I DID RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED.

Yep it’s a scam. If I would have checked it out before ordering it and saw it was from overseas I would have skipped it. Lesson learned though!
