We design and build our own equipment including full-auto solder paste printers, stencil printers, dispensing machines, screw fastening machines, lens feeders, laser marking machines and LED module production lines. As an authorized distributor of Yamaha pick-and-place machines and partner for other leading SMT brands, we can equip an entire production line from a single accountable supplier. Our 36 R&D engineers handle mechanical design, electrical engineering and software development in-house. Every machine passes a five-stage quality process — incoming component inspection, in-process QC, CE electrical safety testing, a 48-hour continuous run test, and a final 120+ checkpoint inspection with a signed test report — before it leaves our Shenzhen factory. We are ISO 9001:2015 and CE certified.
