JHS makes some of the best pedals around. The build quality is fantastic and the little touches they add are great. It's a shame the Ross series didn't take off, because I have one of their Ross Distortions and it's wild!

I have had to knock 1 star off the review tho, not because of the pedals or anything like that, but because of the choice of courier they use for UK based deliveries... FedEx... who are like the worst here in the UK. I know I know, 1st world problems and all that, but seriously..it has taken FedEx longer to get the pedal I ordered from Stansted Airport (UK) to me, than it took for the pedal to get from JHS (US) to the UK. And no, no customs issues, it cleared customs the day it landed.

JHS Pedals is arguably the best pedal company out there, both for the products themselves and for customer support. Their communication is always prompt and friendly, treating customers more like friends than walking talking dollar signs.

Recently, I sent in a pedal for an out-of-warranty repair. I expected a "black box" experience from beginning to end and that would have been fine, if a little unnerving. Instead, someone reached out to confirm receipt. They asked me questions and made sure that all of my concerns were understood and addressed, before providing tracking upon completing the work on my pedal. Shoutout to Dustin!

As JHS's founder, Josh, is fond of saying, "Companies don't make things; *people* make things." JHS is a meeting of great people, pouring their passions into what they do. I can't wait to see what they get up to next.
