Absolutely lovely earrings. I had to contact Jian to changes my email address (fat finger typing on my part). So nice to actually speak to someone rather than an automated service. The delightful lady to whom I spoke corrected the problem immediately and sent an e-mail conformation. Will certainly be ordering from Jian London again.

My daughter’s bracelet started falling off after wearing it twice. After being told to adjust the tension in the clasp (but not how) then to replace the clasp with the extender clasp (but not how), they quit responding. So now I bought a bracelet that is unwearable and will cost almost as much as I paid for it to get fixed.

I ordered a ring on 20/12/24 I paid extra for next day delivery I did not realise until I received the “complimentary sample ring” that the actual ring would take so long (now 29/01/25 and still going to be another week or two) it was not made clear when ordering and not mentioned on the order confirmation, yes if you delve in to the depths of the website you can find the info.

I purchased a bracelet for my wife which was to small ( my fault ) and I returned it for a bigger one, I received the new bracelet 4 days later no hassle at all. Excellent service

Excellent customer service. My request over Christmas to change the bracelet length was dealt with in a friendly and most efficient manner. This is the second piece of jewellery I’ve bought from Jian and I recommend them very highly.

Ordered a necklace that arrived within days. It was a lovely piece but not what I wanted. Returned with no hassle and refund in my account within a few days of being received back at Jian.

There are so many dodgy online jewellers, but buy from Jian with confidence.

I ordered a Fiji friendship bracelet for my wife on our wedding day. Unfortunately it broke first time of wearing it. Stephanie at Jian was brilliant, there was no fuss I returned the item and ordered a different bracelet instead. The item came within a few days and my wife loved the replacement more.

Very easy ordering process and the earrings arrived promptly. They were just as described and so am very pleased with them.
