Today was the last day of school

Today was the last day of school. The arrival date all week was yesterday which would have been PERFECT. Delivery did not happen so then I had to go make alternative arrangements. It’s super disappointing.

Lost order. Can't get ahold of a human when there is a problem.

I was supposed to receive my order today. It looks like my order has not been printed or shipped yet.

This is highly inconvenient and honestly disappointing. When there is an issue, there is no way to speak to a human being. This is incredibly frustrating. Jiffy used to have live chat agents and agents that respond to email, now all you get is a bot.

I run a business and need the DTF transfers for my products. I have promised a customer of mine that their order would be complete by tomorrow because I was expecting my transfers today. Now I will likely have to refund my customer's order because of this delay.

This is not the first, second, or third time that an order has arrived late or been "lost."

I need my order re-printed and shipped immediately. It is imperative to my small business that I receive my supplies on time.

Contact me ASAP, please.

I need someone to contact me via phone call or email ASAP!!! I made a return but I accidentally put the same shipping label on two of the three packages. I did receive the money for the two of the packages with different labels, but not the third. Your contact methods for "customer service" are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to deal with because you cannot call nor submit an email. There's no "other" option to choose from when your issue doesn't fall in the given category options provided.
