The service was fast and great

The service was fast and great. I left and didn't look d I wn at the floor. When I did look down when I got home oil and boot marks were all over my carpet mat. Other wise good service.

Personable, honest, expertise

I stopped in just before closing, and they were out of synthetic oil for my SUV. No problem, I went back the next day, around noon. They had my car in quickly (I was 4th in line). One man came into the waiting area with what looked like a slab of road kill, but informed me it was my cabin air filter. Did I want them to replace? Ummm... of course! We all had a good laugh about it, and Gabe, when ringing up the bill, granted me the award for the nastiest cabin air filter in Jiffy history. I was so proud... Everyone, in the garage & inside, was great, & I appreciated the fast service. I highly recommend.

after pulling up for an oil change I asked the attendant how much and was quoted 109.00 which is high but I said ok I pulled in to the bay it took about 30 min I have a
ford explorer after the service was done the manager came to me and said it will be 149.00 I was shocked 40 dollars higher then the original quote when I asked why he said well your vehicle take 5 quarts of oil instead of 4
so it was and extra 15.00 for the quart it was obvious when I drove up that I had a vehicle which took 5 quarts instead of four so the attendant should have quoted the price at 124.00 in stead of 109.00 it was obvious that I would need 5 quarts the attendants statement was a false statmemt of material fact when the manager brought me the bill he stated to me that we were going to change the air filter but we didn't have the part in stock so when you come in the next time we can do it then so if they would have had the part they would have changed the airfilter with out my authorization and charged me for it this is bad buisness practice also when you go to jiffy lube web site they offer coupons for discounts any where from 15.00 to 25.00 dollars but if you don't down load and print the coupon they will not give you the discount unless you ask bad customer service if you are offering a discount you should give it to everyone even if you don't print the coupon that is good customer service the liffy lube Is on biscayne blvd Miami fla I can say this I should not be surprised it is Miami the the conartist capital of the world so remember that always check for coupons and be aware of adding unauthorized services to your bill on second thought just don't go to jiffy lube you are just better off as a last note you can buy five quarts of oil for 25.00 dollars with an oil filter at the auto parts store for from 25.00 to 150.00 you do the math it does not add up don't go to jiffy lube on biscayne blvd Miami

I went to a jiffy lube in Ringgold Ga on Dietz Rd. Today would have been my first time using their service. When I arrived there was 2 bays open with a car in each one. I pulled behind them a guy came got my information. I waited 20 minutes while a girl in PJ’s not a uniform worked in the car in front of me. Sh e was not near finished when advised them I was going elsewhere . I took photos but there is no option to upload them.

Excellent - efficient, reliable, and good customer service

I have been coming to this particular Jiffy Lube for years and they are really outstanding. They are efficient, trustworthy, and good communicators. Sean in particular always gives amazing customer service. Highly recommended for all your routine auto maintenance (faster and cheaper than a dealership for sure)

Jiffy Lube #3939 in Northfield OH - Poor service!

Went to Jiffy Lube in Macedonia, Ohio for an oil change, second time at this location. First visit was excellent service with knowledgable staff, Willie was his name (former Marine) that acknowledged my military service. This visit, the staff was not well trained, they tried to upsell to the most expensive premium service ($109), they didn't know where the dipstick was, and were extremely slow. They skipped multiple services that should have been included (windshield wiper fluid, wipers not checked, etc). It took over 25 minutes to complete the service and could not access my previous service records when requested. I just hope I don't have future problems with my car! (Work Order 2897) The signature on the paper invoice is not mine. The total charge was $96.38 - virtually double the amount spent on my previous visit.

So I took my vehicle to a Jiffy Lube…

So I took my vehicle to a Jiffy Lube near me. It's my wife's car and she was off for a day off so thought would be a good time to get oil change and a transmission service. Tire rotate wouldn't hurt either. What I figured would be at most a hour wait turned into a almost two hour wait. I was never given an explanation for delays or a apology from them. As someone who used to work in a service shop it's irresponsible not to keep customers waiting informed about delays. I think if you just need a quick oil change you might seek out one of these quick lube places. Any further maintenance or repair go to a more professional and skilled service shop. These places used to only specialize in oil changes but now have branched out into more money maker services. Maybe sometime you don't even need. I certainly would not trust these people at the Jiffy lube to do brake jobs, tune ups or more complex repairs. These reviews show a lot of negative reviews and experiences with Jiffy Lube's and many are independently owned. They are franchised and Jiffy Lube corporate passes any complaints onto the franchisee and accept no fault for a customers bad experience with the store. Because most good shops require an appointment and I was wanting a service that day. I fell into the trap of having to rely on a Quick lube place for a service. You pay a price for that convenience and you may not get a good experience either. My advice, plan ahead get full service shop to do work on your vehicle, let them get familiar with you and your vehicle so they can understand your expectations. They will also treat your vehicle more personally than just another one driving through the quick lube lane.

The two Albuquerque locations took my sonic in replaced the battery belts and a tension pulley that was NOT NEEDED according to a technician working at their location who admitted the actual employee that worked on the car misdiagnosed the original problem. BBB IN NEW MEXICO also refused to investigate or accept any proof provided about Jiffy Lube who BTW HAS MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS. Corporate Jiffy lube refers you back to the thieving manager and also refuses to look into the many complaints about these thief’s. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Unacceptable

I came to the Jiffy Lube #1709 in Midlothian VA on 2/1/26 at 10:00am for an oil change. The employees in the shop were fantastic as they completed my full synthetic oil change in 15 minutes. The issue is that the manager was in the restroom for over 30 minutes, causing me to wait on him to finish using the bathroom. Once he finally finished, he proceeded to make excuses as to why he was in the bathroom over 30 minutes. His language was unacceptable as he was cursing at the employees as well as myself. All he did was give me a military discount of $16.48 making my bill $98.26. Why am I being charged for the manager to be in the bathroom over 30 minutes, listen to excuses and cursing, and being flat out unprofessional. I had no choice but to pay so I could resume my day. This is an outrage and I can’t believe I paid almost $100 for this. I’ve been a customer of Jiffy Lube for a very long time, and this is completely unacceptable.

Jiffy Lube Paoli PA, inspection lies and upselling

went to Paoli PA jiffy lube to get my car annual inspection and emissions done. They looked over car and presented me with a $2,022 work invoice to pass inspection. They claimed I needed brakes all around, 2 suspension arms replaced, and new windshield wipers. I had just replaced the windshield wipers before going and the box with the old parts were in the FRONT seat. I left with only getting my emissions sticker ($85 cost for inspection). I then went to 2 other garages (one a Dealership) and the other a local garage both said suspension was perfect. Also both said only needed brakes on rear axle. I paid $467 for rear brakes and inspection sticker provided for $50 more !!! Beware this Paoli PA locations upsell tactics. They tried to rip me off for $1,500 in unnecessary services.

I purchased a battery from them in July 2021 I went back on January 5, 2026 because my battery was dead and they told me at that time I had only put 38,000 km on it and said that was normal which absolutely it is not normal. I had had that car brand new in 2013 with over 215,000 km on it and had never replaced that battery but now they tell me that’s normal not to mention they said to me too bad so I went to an actual garage they replaced it. It was a four-year warranty, and they had also told me that my oil was overflowing that there was too much oil put in it!! every time I go they try and upsell me something which is absolutely not needed and I always tell them no because I do have mechanics in the family, but I only go there for oil changes so I did believe them on the battery so I thought why not I’m here get it done and then I was left with oh well so all I can say is do not let them sell you batteries!!!
Not to mention every time I go there they also tell me I need to have my transmission fluid flushed and when they did the battery, apparently they did that also and then when I was just there again, they told me again that it needed to be flushed and that was 38,000 km but yet when I did let them do the flush he had told me every 100,000 kilometres it should be done so I actually allowed it but then when I went back three weeks prior to January 5. I had had an oil change done and they had told me then that I also needed the transmission fluid flushed but yet it was only 38,000 km.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back. I think they are thieves.

I feel bad even giving this place a 1

I feel bad even giving this place a 1. Just got my car out of the garage. They did an oil change on my car and they cross threaded the plug which caused damage to my oil pan. I don't understand how a technician can do that and not even notice or notify the customer they have damage their vehicle. I ended up having to pay for damage done to my car by bringing it to a company that I thought I could trust. I called the place yesterday and talked to a man and he didn't seem too interested in what happened. He simply said thank you and hung up on me. I do not understand how these places stay in business. That is the one and only time I will ever use Jiffy Lube of Concord. I am disgusted.

Worst for customer service

Went to local jiffy lube for twenty years. Bought new car and dealer did that. Thought I’d try jiffy again. Bad mistake. They take photo of vin number to log you in. Trying to prove my point I gave old car plate number. Nothing. Claimed they don’t keep older records. I’m 71. Need competent company. Before I ever said what I wanted they had parts off engine and on hood. Claimed my car belonged to a fleet. Never told them why I stopped in. Now my heater fan shreaks. Taking to dealership. If anyone wants me to go in with a lawsuit leave me message here.

Jiffy lube Edgewood road

Jiffy lube Edgewood road. Cedar Rapids Iowa. I have used this location for years, but recently the service has dramatically gone downhill. I went in for a routine oil change at the end of October. For the first few days, there was a burnt oil smell every time my car was idlying. I assume they must’ve spilled a little oil while doing the change and didn’t think anything of it, but it progressively got worse. When I opened the hood of the car, I found that they had left my oil cap off. It was sitting on the shelf right inside. Oil had sprayed all over my entire engine and inside hood of my car. I called and spoke with the manager the minute I found this massive mistake. He told me to stop in and he would make it right. When I stopped in a little over a week later because I was working out of town, he told me since it was passed October 31. It would have to go to corporate for a refund. He assured me he would send the matter on corporate and I would get a full refund for the $230. I spent on services that left me with an engine that needed to be steam cleaned which cost me over $400. Here we are over a month later and I never did receive promised refund. When I called I was given the runaround with no resolution. I would never take my car to this location again, and I would highly recommend you think twice before submitting your vehicle to their unprofessional services.
