If this verification process is related to KYC (Know Your Customer) request, we would like to clarify that the KYC process is required and managed by our trusted Exchange partner, Waltzer. To download and self-custody your crypto in our wallet, Jiggle does not require KYC. We understand that KYC can be inconvenient for some users, but it is a necessary step to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and help prevent illicit activities, such as money laundering and fraud.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the KYC process, we kindly ask you to reach out to Waltzer directly. They will guide you through the process and address any specific queries you may have. You can easily contact Waltzer through the Jiggle app by following these steps: select 'actions' > 'buy' > choose any cryptocurrency to connect to Waltzer. You will find their live chat option at the bottom of the page.
