I love your jigsaws and the quality is great and so is the choice. However, your delivery driver let you down and despite you putting “fragile” tape on the box the delivery was thrown over a six foot gate despite me being in for the delivery expected time

Very easy to order from site and jigsaws usually come well packaged and quick delivery. The only time I have had a poor packaged item was a wasgij puzzle bought for me that came with badly damaged box and no replacement was sent or reply to my daughter who purchased item. That was disappointing as I keep my puzzles to do again.

Complicated and unnecessarily pieces
We didn’t realise that the jigsaw was cut in such a complicated fashion.Had an attempt to do it,but realised life is too short to do it.

Fantastic choice of puzzles and super service. I had made a mistake in my order and phoned to sort it out. I was reassured immediately and my order was delivered on time as usual. I can honestly say I have never had such excellent service over the phone in sorting a problem that was totally my error. I will not hesitate to use this company again and heartily recommend them.

Speedy despatch and delivery. Jigsaw well packaged but box damaged in 2 places. Hence 4 stars only as this is the 2nd time within 2006 that I have received damaged goods.
