Excellent service in difficult times
Excellent service in difficult times. The site is lovely to browse around, of course, you want all the puzzles! Ordering was easy but one item was out of stock despite ordering the swift repayment was brilliant as I was able to grab another puzzle in time. The service during a difficult time couldn't be better. The product was wrapped so well and we have all the pieces! I definitely can't wait to order from them again and would highly recommend their service!

Takes your money then doesn't want to know
Ordered 2 jigsaws from their website and went to PayPal to make payment. The website then used a default address for delivery without allowing me to change it; so items will be delivered to an unused address. I have tried to call and email all day today, but with no success. Terrible ordering system. Awful customer 'service'. Pity - looked like a reputable vendor.

Great selection and service
Found a jigsaw I was struggling to locate at a competitive price. Also found another great jigsaw. All delivered swiftly, with a refund given as soon as they realised I'd been over charged postage. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend and use again.

Jigsaw arrived damaged
Ordered expensive jigsaw online. Arrived shortly after but upon opening the wrapping there was a large hole in the actual jigsaw box,however there was no damage to the paper or corrugated cardboard that encompassed the puzzle. When contacted the company the response was very slow and the only option was to return it. They would not accept that the puzzle must have been wrapped damaged as it was not possible to have a fairly large hole through the box without some damage to the wrapping. We found them to be very unhelpful and they were happy once they had had our money but not bothered how we were being treated.

A fast, efficient and friendly service. When one of the ordered jigsaws arrived damaged by the courier they replaced the jigsaw immediately.
