Did not have the correct shipping address. E-mailed customer service directly after the confirmation of the order. No replies .. Did get them pretty fast... so in the end all went well.

Great value for good money
I've ordered Rambler Vellie. The product is excellent! It features high-quality leather, sturdy construction, a metal shank, and can be resoled. That's all I want from a good boot!

Just don't
Not only are they slow (4 weeks delivery time instead of 2-5 days), they somehow managed to send me the wrong size.
After waiting for ages, this time they not only sent me the wrong size but also a different leather.
This company seems to be run by a bunch of amateurs. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Horrible customer service.
I returned 2 items; one was refunded, and the other was not. Support was unresponsive when I asked why and never followed up despite repeated contact. Will never buy from this company again.

Nice boots
Bought two pairs of boots from them a year ago, and still running very good. The shipping with the first pair was a bit frustrating, as it turned out the store only sent once a week at the time. And I ordered them the day after, so it took a bit until they came. But besides that everything went well.
