the shipping used to be discreet when I last bought something a few years ago but this time the package came and the business i bought from was written and maybe that's necessary but I wish it could be a bit more discreet.

I had a prior iteration of the Form 2 (the one where it charged on a base). This new one is booty by comparison. My original Form 2 finally died (after having had it like 10+ years), so I re-purchased. This new version is horribly designed. I don't even know why they changed it. The charger is magnetized, but NEVER stays attached to the toy, and the vibration feels more "sharp" and less "rumbly" than the old one. The material is also different. Disappointed in the new toy. :(

I received a defective device. I contacted customer services which is hard to talk to over the phone and there is a three day response via email. I explained to them the situation. I also informed them that I paid for expedited shipping. Three days later, I have not received a tracking number or my item. Neither have they offered to reimburse me for shipping. I only use Jimmy Jane products, but due to this experience, I’ll shop elsewhere.

Product did not work upon arrival. But reached out to support and they have said they have another one on the way. Have yet to receive that tracking info

I haven’t received a response about my request to return the item.

The item inside the box received is not what was pictured. It isn’t what is on the face of the Icicles massager.it looks cheap , not worthy of your brand . I have purchased items before this is a disappointment. I’m unhappy with this product.

I purchased the ‘little chroma’ years ago from jimmy Jane. It was actually chrome. Had one one speed - which always did me fine. After having it for 20 years it started making noise - so I got rid of it.
Time went by - i remembered how great the ‘little chroma’ - I purchased another - it no comparison - this one is made of aluminum - no weight to it - annoying unwanted speeds - it’s cheap and poorly made - like most things these days.
I highly DO NOT recommend this product.

I ordered 3 pairs of “vibrating panties” two of the boxes were fine, but I opened the third box to find the panties were missing and the other items - charger and vibrator - looked used. Disgusting.
