New design is a step backward
In the previous design, it had a stand, and I don’t like the new charging option. It’s flimsy and unreliable. Also, the new design and power button seems unnecessary and counterintuitive. The motor feels different from the previous model which was preferred. I will not be using this new version in the future when I buy a replacement and overall unsatisfied with my purchase.

Form 2 Gripp
Just received my Form 2 Gripp. I don't quite get the 'handle' (seems an unnecessary addition to me). I loved my old Form 2 (bought in 2011) and this Form 2 Gripp is also very good. As always, JimmyJane is great, both with products and fast shipping.

Replacement dead on arrival too
Update: I received a replacement unit the next week, which was also unfortunately dead on arrival. My refund was processed promptly. The customer service is great and every other product I've ordered from JimmyJane has been great. This was just a flawed product that should not have been released in its current form, hopefully they improve on this build and come out with something better in the future.
The device came dead on arrival last week and no one from customer service has reached out since I emailed for support.

Product: Even better than I expected
Shipping: claimed I would be notified when the item(s) shipped, but I wasn't. If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.
