Jim's is a family business and leading retailer of British and expat food products in Switzerland, and neighbouring France, since 1996. Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

placed several orders over the years Reliable, quick deliveries, always receive what I order, large selection... in a previous order a couple of bags of flour were expiring soon. if unsure about an expiry date send an email before ordering. They will help you.

Update. I placed an order today for delivery . I forgot an item. I called the shop. I spoke with Sam. She is great. Very helpful very friendly. Sam said she is putting my order together in a box. She said I should create a new order with just the item I forgot. I should Select for pick up in the Shop so I do not have to pay for a separate box to be posted. Sam said she would put the forgotten item into the box with my other order. She called me to assure me that the forgotten item is now in the box with my original order and I will only pay for the shipping once. She is great

When ordering online for the first time, we were unable to complete the form so we called Jim's and Tom answered and very professionally assisted us. Extremely warm welcome in the shop.

Excellent service

The Jim's British Market website is very clearly laid out and the selection of products is impressive. What's more, you can even suggest products to be added to the store. The ordering process is pleasant thanks to the customer-friendly website and the products ordered are not only delivered quickly but also carefully packaged.
