Jim Walton’s got us out of a jam!!

Too long a story but the team at Jim Walton (JW) were amazing.
Just before Christmas was had an issue with the transmission on our RAV4 (self-inflicted 😫).
Firstly, JW were able to recommend a recovery service to rescue our car and get it to them.
They assessed the car there and then, but unfortunately the part needed wasn’t available in the UK so had to be ordered in from overseas.
JW sourced the part and fixed the issue- they couldn’t have been any more helpful.
