The JK® system is a water-based retro-fit underfloor heating system (UFH). Our installation method uses patented JK floorgrinders to create 15*15mm channels into existing screed or concrete floors whilst maintaining dustless extraction. Heating pipe is then laid into these channels which sit directly below the floor finish.

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. Job was carried out on date required even though the guys were due to be on holidays.
The work area was left spotlessly clean on completion of works and commissioning document were received before the guys had left site.
Highly cost effective.
Highly recommend JK floor heating.

Top job from start to finish

JK installed underfloor in our bungalow. The experience was excellent from start to finish from Ashley in sales to Ronny and Serhii who carried out the work and provided all documentation straight after the job was complete. The process was explained very well all the way through and minor changes during the job were explained clearly as needed. Site was left tidy and documentation was spot on. 5 stars all day long would give them 6 if I could. If other contractors could be even half as good as JK any project would be a piece of cake.
