This company is weird cause they have great stuff but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. It is so bad, it is worth finding other companies.

Sometimes they will seemingly forget to ship your order. Other times they want a "address verification" - which not a single other company does and just delays things 2-3 more days.

The single least reliable company when you are running low on weed.

This place is the absolute best!!!! I'm so glad I found them, and I tell anyone who asks, about JK DISTRO!!!!!!! NOT ONLY ARE THE PRICES UNBEATABLE, SO IS THEIR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I’m personally fine but the way they’re been treating this current mold epidemic in the discord: banning and removing posts of moldy buds, I’ve decided to move on from JK. it’s unprofessional and clearly a systemic issue they cannot resolve.

Also their Kief is old gross shit that tastes like wildfire, it smells like sulfur and nothing like what they say it is supposed to taste like and when pressed into rosin at low temps it just becomes a dark oily mess that doesn’t hit very well and tastes like wildfires.

For the price you’re paying on Kief it makes sense ($5/g) but you’d be better spent somewhere else for a bit more and lot better product.

Also their smalls are basically boof and I think probably sprayed with terp spray: they all smell the same, they don’t burn white ash (aka something added) and they’re all basically trash tier barely even gets you high.

Overall, I’ve had luck with their premium outdoor grown ounces before the mold epidemic started but now with all their outdoor lines having mold right out the gate I am not willing to gamble on my next bag.

If you value your money and quality of life spend a bit more with a competitor to get real product and decent customer service.

P.s: forgot to mention that they short you on most of the sizes too, ounces rarely ever weigh 28g and most QPs are at least a couple Gs short.

I’ve purchased a lot from this company over the last two years and recently back in December of last year when they started the 31 Merry drops, I started receiving mold after that, fast forward five moldy boxes later. Now I had to contact my bank and try to seek a new vendor. Which tbh is hard. Jk was solid before those drops and if they get things straightened out & my money back, then I would buy again from them. Side note I was also banned from their discord for being that guy posting the moldy pictures and informing everyone..

I have ordered from here about 2-3 times a month with zero issues since last August.
I will never order again. The quality is so-so. The smalls zips are mid to low grade commercial, but for 30 bucks, I'm not complaining.

The trouble came in when I used my points to generate a coupon, but the transaction didn't go through because my CC company flagged the transaction as fraudulent. Called my bank, approved the transaction, tried to use coupon. Didn't work.

Here's the disturbing part

JK DISTRO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT JUST BAD, ITS NON EXISTENT. I've been calling, chatting, emailing for almost a week.Norhing. I've yet to talk to a live person. I did get a response via email, but it was an automated response that was of absolutely no use. Every phone line in the company just rings and rings. When you do mange to get through to voicemail EVERY SINGLE EXTENSION HAS A FULL MAILBOX.

That's about as unprofessional as it gets. I'd think twice about give this company your CC information...

Excellence product. Everything came before expected.

This isn't my first order nor my last. The options are endless. The COA's are current and theres no false advertising. Thank you jk distro! I have never done business with a company that makes me smile just from opening an order. Today my order arrived, early at that, and when I opened the box the first item was a gift (winter hat)! As well as a free sample that comes with every order I've ever placed. If anything is left out or not right they will fix the issue. Great folks and spectacular service, thanks again JK distro!

I would love to rate your product but UPS seems to have problems delivering on time. This is not the first time, they seem to be developing a habit. I am sure that the product I am waiting to review is excellent as always. I have never been disappointed with anything. JK does a great job of getting it out quickly to the shippers, but the shippers do not comply with the rate paid for two or three day delivery. Do better UPS!

I have been a loyal customer for over two years. Thankfully they are attempting to resolve the shipping delays. update ….. three weeks after my expected two day paid air and whole new order placed and received , I did finally get my late shipment…. However jk nor ups will honor the shipping costs. You’re definitely in a pinch no matter what choice of shipping you do choose. Any problems you will be refunded.

Really great people at the helm, and great products. Anyone who's mad at this company is spending $40 and hoping for $300 product. You get what you pay for, and this place punches well above its pay grade!
