UNETHICAL thieves that spread false advertising

This company are unethical and thieves. I bought tickets online for an inflatable event where there were meant to be inflatables and rides. I get there only to for there to be no inflatables up and the rides do not use the tokens. They would only refund 50% of my money. I complained to them and they replied asking for my bank details over email, but have since not replied nor refunded me - its been over 3 weeks. This is tantamount to theft.

Dont go to these events, they are fasle advertising. The tokens cannot be used for rides and you will be lucky to find inflatables. You are wasting money and will not be refunded.
