If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered an item on 10 January. Since then, nothing! I’ve emailed them twice, contacted them via their chat bot and no reply whatsoever. Have also sent a complaint through Shopify but apparently all that does is send a message to the vendor. Avoid at all costs as I’m assuming this site is a scam.
Ordered items that were in stock, 3 weeks ago and it is still waiting to be confirmed, no answer from chat or email and no refund, scammers avoid.
I have waited for a very long time (around since 28.august) and still have no updates on the package at all. No tracking or anything and it said i had express shipping but it still hasnt came. I live in Norway. Im very dissapointed and scared that i have been scammed. I have Tried to reach out to them but they never answer any of my mails Im very dissapointed because i spent a lot of money
I was impressed about my products! They all come from South Korean Brands so I am definetely sure that they are original and not some chinese fake! Also I got help with choosing the best products for my skin type and concerns! I can definetely see the improvements on my skin, it feels so smooth and I have no more bumpy forehead! Definetely recommend to try this website out!!!
