It would be zero if there was an option. I had a boiler installed by Kevin hall of jkh plumbing and heating in September. Complete disaster, numerous faults, manufacturer confirmed poor installation. Claimed to have done a magna system cleanse when he didn’t. Manufacturer sent water sample to a lab and have issued a report for legal reasons. Anyone looking to contact Kevin for repairs of his shoddy workmanship or looking for their free 1st service please note he has closed his premises Lapsed his public liability insurance and has apparently relocated to Dubai he left the Uk in Jan/February and is working as an operations manager. What a joke. I have registered a complaint to gas safety registration so if he happens to return complaints will be logged and hopefully he won’t be ripping anyone else getting a boiler installed. I am now left to foot the bill!!!!! I’m sure there will be many others out there too. 😒

When my gas boiler broke down I needed a company to fit one quickly.
After speaking to several companies I decided on JKH as they came across as the most honest and knowledgeable
They provided a first class service right from the first contact throughout the whole fitting process.
Amazing service and unbelievable value for money. They even service it for me free next year !!!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company to install a new gas boiler.
It’s not often you find a company like this but a true testament to a reputable family company !!!

Recently had a new boiler and heating fully installed including radiators and piping. Brilliant service from start to finish
- They were all installed a week after getting my quote so no delay
- I work from home and they worked around me for lunches etc with minimal noise disruption
- Had a vaillant boiler installed with a hive all programmed and easy to understand after a quick demo
- I also had a couple of other things inc a loose tap that Kev managed to fix up before leaving
- Living in a sandstone tenement flat I was told that drilling on the outside wall for the boiler would be challenging but they managed to do it with minimal noise and no fuss
- the boys were happy to move things around inc furniture and in my loft without interrupting me working and put back before leaving to install piping
- everything left clean and tidy including taking away my old storage heaters
I’d highly recommend and have already had a discussion with my neighbour about the service if she decides to get her new boiler

After many years of service my boiler died. Gas regulations have changed since it was installed so to comply with the rules it needed to relocated to my kitchen. I had several surveys and by far JKH’s was the most thorougher, discussing problems we may face and solutions to them, also the most competitive too. They suggested a Valiant Boiler, a make I wasn’t familiar with, googled them, great reviews. Now pleased I went with his advice, my Valiant is compact, quiet and very efficient.
With so many problems to face I thought the instillation would be a nightmare. I was so wrong, JKH worked hard without a break and it was completed by 4pm, with the minimum of disruption and leaving the flat tidy and warm again…
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler…

My boiler was based in the cellar. I decided to buy a new boiler and have it installed into the back porch. I contacted JKH plumbing and heating. Kevin came and gave me a quote which I was very happy with. He and his team completed the job in 1 day. They worked without a tea break and took 15 minutes for a lunch break.. I strongly recommend JKH. Great work.

Mu mother recently needed a new boiler, We found JKH, Kevin the owner came round and explained what options were available, thereafter we received a detailed written quotation, after review we decided to go forward with JKH, I can only say we were were absolutely delighted with the quality of work and level of service that JKH provided and would have no hesitation in rerecommending this company.

Just used the services of this company, who were absolutely excellent! Had British Gas out 3 times to deal with our issue of downstairs radiators not heating up. Total waste of money and time, no heating for 6 weeks. I was recommended to use JKH Plumbing and Heating Services. Kevin resolved the issue very quickly. Was recommend by someone called Kev & within 2hours was at my house discussing my options for new boiler after selecting which one was best for my house Kev installed my boiler 2 Days later … not often you get service like that nowadays can’t recommend then enough . We had a old electric heating system so choosing a new gas boiler and a good installer can be really stressful fortunately Kevin was recommended to us by a friend and made the whole process a walk in the park, Kevin recommended a choice of boilers installed the gas pipes into our flat installed the new boiler. A great company due to price workmanship timekeeping and tidiness and also the service after installation any questions Kevin was quick to get back to me, I would highly recommend JKH plumbing and heating !!!! 14.00 hrs Saturday 13th February electrics blew and water gushing from boiler. Called JKH, who attended in jig time. Reinstated electrics, boiler was beyond repair. Got a few quotes, nobody could match price or availability. JKH rearranged work schedule and my new boiler was installed today 15th February. That's what I call service. Very professional, efficient and first class workmanship. I am very warm and loads of hot water. Thank you.AMAZING
