Deceitful Business Practices.
I ordered a product on December 3rd from Loblaws Marketplace with an expected delivery date of Dec 15-16. On December 9th, I was provided with a tracking number and promised expected delivery Dec 15-16. I did not receive the item and looked into it on December 21st. The tracking number did not exist, and the item was not shipped. Loblaws contacted the seller, and the seller says that it was backordered and would not be shipped until Jan. 6th, despite sending out an e-mail that it has shipped dated Dec. 9th. They lied about shipping the item out, about having it in stock, and about expected delivery dates. Now, my child will not have their Christmas present.
