From start to finish JLC have been fantastic. From John coming to design our dream bedroom, he was very knowledgeable, to Libby in the showroom she was really helpful and to the fitters Les and Mick, they worked so hard and have done a superb job. We are absolutely over the moon with our new bedroom and would highly recommend.

We’ve known JLC Interiors a long time and have always had great experiences in our home refurbishments. We would always recommend them for kitchen and bedroom uplifts.
We recently had the task of helping my wife’s mother in refurbishing her newly acquired apartment. The works involved a kitchen facelift and some bedroom sliding wardrobes. The project from initial pricing and advice through to survey and installation was seamless with all dates being agreed upfront. John, Libby and Karen were always on hand to offer sensible advice during the process and the finished projects are finished to a very high standard. From start to finish, my experience with JLC Interiors was excellent. Every member of the team—from the initial design to final fitting—was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.
The process began with John, who came to measure the space and help design the wardrobes. His knowledge and eye for detail really showed—he quickly understood what I needed and made practical suggestions I hadn't even considered. The end result was a smart, space-maximising layout that looks fantastic and functions even better. The design plans were clear, and John was patient throughout the decision-making process.
Libby in the office and showroom was a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process run smoothly—keeping me updated, answering questions, and offering guidance on finishes and styles. The showroom was well presented and helped bring the ideas to life. Communication was excellent from start to finish.
The installation was carried out by Les and Stu, who were brilliant. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. The wardrobes were fitted perfectly.
The finished wardrobes are stunning—sleek, well-built, and incredibly practical. The custom fit makes such a difference compared to freestanding options, and the quality is clear to see and feel. It’s completely transformed the space.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt we were in good hands. Our old kitchen was very traditional and we wanted to go more modern and make a real change. John & Libby listened to our thoughts and ideas, suggested possibilities and then John came to our home to start designing. Well I'll be honest there were certain things we thought we wanted and others that we knew we most definitely did not. John was brilliant in that his advice was outstanding and the ideas of his own and designs that he came up with, just blew us away. Throughout this process we kept injecting other things and absolutely none of this was an issue. John simply advised and came up with a great solution every time.
When it came to the kitchen fitting we had decided that we wanted to incorporate flooring as well as replastering throughout and also inject some fancy lighting too. The team that came along were amazing. So friendly and professional and I can honestly say had a work ethic that was second to none. So hard working and in such a clean and tidy way.
I would have no hesitation in using JLC Interiors again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. What a great experience !!

We are absolutely delighted with our fitted wardrobes. From beginning to end the service has been warm, friendly and professional.
They listened to our needs, made suggestions we hadn’t thought of and all at a reasonable price.
The workmanship is second to none and both Mick & Les were polite, very tidy and completed the job with great craftsmanship.

In the first place my wife and I were impressed by the friendly welcome when we visited the Cannock showroom. We discussed the fitted wardrobes we were looking for and arranged for a home visit by John within a few days. John arrived on time and proceeded to set about designing a lay out of exactly what we wanted. He was very helpful, not at all pushy and offered good advice. We received a quote which we were very happy with within a few days. After confirming this we paid a deposit and then received confirmation of the days for fitting in about six weeks time. Everything was done very efficiently and we were constantly kept in touch. On the due date in June and on time the materials and Mick the carpenter arrived to start fitting. Mick was super talented and quietly went about constructing our beautiful wardrobes with the utmost care and precision. He was the tidiest workman we had ever had in the house and even had his own vacuum cleaner. The finished job was perfection plus and we are extremely grateful to everyone involved from JLC Interiors - a first class company who do a first class job.

After getting a ridiculous quote from another company we approached JLC to see what they could offer.
The lovely Karen in the showroom showed us some designs and arranged for John to visit us and come up with a plan and a quote.
John sorted out a plan for a fitted mirrored wardrobe in our bedroom and fitted cupboards and units in another bedroom which we use as an office.
We were very happy with the design and very reasonable quote and arranged to go ahead with the fitting.
The two fitters Les and Mick were great. They covered our hall and stair carpets with dust sheets and worked really hard to get everything fitted in 3 days!
The results are amazing! We are extremely happy😊
We can't thank everyone at JLC enough and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs fitted furniture.

From day 1 we received a very friendly and professional service from John, Libby and Karen nothing was too much trouble and I found them to be very knowledgable and determined to make sure every detail was covered to ensure accuracy. We recently hired JLC Interiors Ltd through recommendation to design and install our utility room and mudroom/laundry space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

John from the design team listened carefully to our needs and helped us maximise the space while ensuring it was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He provided multiple layout options and incorporated clever storage solutions we hadn’t even considered, like built-in cabinets for cleaning a cabinet for an ironing board and pull-out drawers for laundry.

The craftsmanship is outstanding. The cabinetry feels solid and well-made, and the countertops are durable and beautiful. The finishes were tailored to match the rest of our home, which made the space feel cohesive.

The installation team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and addressed any minor adjustments we requested without hesitation.

The utility room now feels like a space we enjoy using rather than just a functional afterthought. The mudroom area is perfect for keeping shoes, coats, and bags organised, making the house feel less cluttered.
They turned what was once a purely practical area into a stylish, organised, and enjoyable part of our home, one I am finely proud off.

John and Libby and the rest of their team are so friendly and professional. John came out and measured up our new wardrobe and advised on different options, we went into the showroom to confirm the colours and the handles and we met Libby and Karen who were extremely friendly and helpful.
My wardrobe is now fitted by their very talented fitter and it’s the best wardrobe I’ve ever seen… I love it.
Unfortunately for my husband I’ll be back in the new year as I need drawers to match my fantastic wardrobe.
