«Zero communication, a week of excuses».
I paid in full upfront to ship my brand-new 2027 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid from a Florida dealership to Denver, CO (Load ID U129376). The car was picked up on Thursday, October 8. A full week later it is still not here, and the whole week I was fed nothing but excuses.
Nobody from either company ever told me about a delay. I had to track down the driver’s phone number myself. When I finally reached him on Sunday, he said the truck had been in the repair shop, he was still in Florida, and he’d leave “in an hour.” Then silence again. On Tuesday he admitted he was still picking up more cars in Georgia and had to drop two cars in Kansas City before even heading to Colorado.
Only on October 14, six days after pickup, did JLD Nation Corp text me a new delivery date of Oct 16–17. The text came with excuses about truck problems, a slow market, fuel prices and driver shortages. To me the picture is clear: my car sat on a trailer while they waited to fill the load, and nobody had the decency to say so. Today my message to the driver was read and ignored.
No communication, no honesty, and the customer is always the last to know. If you value your time and your vehicle, use a different company.
I would not recommend JLD Nation Corp to anyone who values their time, their money, and their peace of mind. You pay upfront and then get a week of silence, broken promises, and excuses you have to chase down yourself. Nobody tells you the truth until you catch them in it. Shipping a brand-new car should be simple, but with them it became a stressful, exhausting ordeal I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that respects its customers enough to be honest with them.
